Holiday Farm Lidia, with swimming pool, was a small Tuscan farming homestead constructed around the 1850. It is
situated in a panoramic position on the Tuscan hillside of Santo Stefano with a breathtaking view of the entire
Valley of Chio and only 7 km from the town of Castiglion Fiorentino and a step away from Cortona and Umbria. It is
composed of the original farm house and barn. With the restructuring work finished in 1998, the farm house was
divided into two charming apartments and a small independent villa. The entire property is surrounded by a
spectacular landscaped garden that permits each unit to have private spaces outside, as well as, being able to
share the swimming pool, 8 m X 5 m, which is centrally located. Guests can also enjoy cooking on the large stone
barbeque. The villa apartments also offers its guests covered parking for 3 cars.
While Holiday Farm Lidia can be rented out as individual units, it can also be requested as a single villa for a family
reunion or group of friends sleeping 12 to 16 guests.
The Apartments
All the apartments are furnished with fully equipped kitchens with stove top, oven, refrigerator, and dishwasher,
living areas with telephone, television and Wi-Fi internet connection, laundry area with washing machine,
independent heating, and hairdryers. Our rates also include bed linens, bath towels, kitchen cloths and tools,
dishware and silverware, cups and glasses, electricity, water, and final cleaning.

Holiday Farm Lidia offers on request some activities to make more interesting your staying here in
Tuscany. These activities have to be book in advance or they could be personalized according to the
needs of the client:
Breakfast - can be delivered to your apartment, for minimum 4 persons - 10€/person
Babysitter - 10€/1h during daytime, 15€/1h during nightime
Extra cleaning - 10€/1h
Guided tour to the vineyards and the cellar. The guest will be accompanied to our vineyards located in the
beautiful Valle di Chio and he will have the possibility to visit our cellar too, where will be provided
information on wine making techniques.
Tasting of wine and oil from the agricultural holding. The guest will have the possibility to taste all our
Tuscan wine, Valdichiana DOC and IGT, and our precious olive oil from organic farming, Tuscan IGP.
Cooking classes and/or dinner in Villa. The guest will have the possibility to learn how to cook typical dishes
of Tuscan cuisine and to savour them comfortably sit in the garden of his Villa.
Walking with a guide along the paths of Valle di Chio. The guest can take advantage from the numerous
paths in Valle di Chio, to have interesting excursions or trekking to discover the Tuscan landscaping, helped
by a guide or by maps of the area that show the possible itinerary to do.
Bike rental with or without guide. The guest will have the possibility to have directly at home mountain bike
to explore the beauty of the Valle di Chio and surroundings, thanks to the help of publications or a
specialized guide.
