Scivolosità / Skid Resistance EN 14411 ASTM C1028 indicata sul catalogo / indicated on the catalogue 11 Posa e Pulizia Posa I ns. prodotti in gres porcellanato hanno un basso assorbimento d’acqua, quindi consigliamo di utilizzare adesivi e collanti specifici e di attenersi alle istruzioni della ditta produttrice del collante stesso ed e’ sconsigliata in ogni caso la posa tradizionale cementizia. per la posa a giunto chiuso si consigliano almeno mm 2,5 di fuga per i prodotti rettificati; decliniamo ogni responsabilita’ per la posa senza fuga. eventiuali variazioni cromatiche sono da considerarsi come una caratteristica qualificante che permette di ottenere un risultato piu’ naturale. Alcuni accorgimenti e consigli per la posa : - Stendere a terra alcuni pezzi (almeno 3 mq.) per controllare l’effetto d’insieme ; - posare le piastrelle, prendendole da piu’ scatole ; - non immergere in acqua le piastrelle prima della posa ; - effettuare una pulizia del pavimento immediatamente dopo la stuccatura ; - per i prodotti levigati, non segnare le piastrelle con matite o pennarelli e pulirli immediatamente dopo la stuccatura e posa, con detergente a base ph neutro e non utilizzare stucchi epossidici o malte flessibili a base di materiali sintetici (Flexfughe) e/o acidi - posa formati rettangolari max 10-20 % della piastrella - prima di camminarci sopra, attendere 48/72 ore Pulizia Un’adeguata pulizia iniziale è di fondamentale ed occorre effettuata immediatamente dopo la posa utilizzando prodotti per la pulizia del gres porcellanato, sciacquando con acqua pulita ed eventualmente uno sgrassante o il “deterdek” della fila (www.filachim.com) in modo da elimanare le traccie di calcare, residui di stucco, collante, cemento, ecc. ; è assolutamente sconsigliabile l’uso di sostanze quali nafta e aceto. per i prodotti levigati e lappati utilizzare solo filacleaner o prodotti con neutro, non utilizzare ammoniaca, candeggina, prodotti a base di ipoclorito di sodio e a base acida. La rimozione inadeguata o tardiva dei residui dopo la posa, può lasciare alonature difficili da rimuovere, dando così l’impressione “sbagliata” che le piastrelle assorbono o si sporcano facilmente ; per la pulizia quotidiana consigliamo detergenti per la pulizia del gres porcellanato, seguendo le istruzioni indicate sulla confezione. Si sconsiglia l’uso di trattamenti, quali cere, impregnanti, non necessari. In caso di macchie difficili da pulire e/o pulizia straordinaria vi preghiamo di contattare il ns. servizio clienti. Mosaici Metalli, Opus e Cubik Il metallo presenta delle differenze nei colori e variazioni cromatiche che sono da considerarsi come una caratteristica del metallo ; I nostri prodotti non necessitano di particolare manutenzione e si consiglia di NON utilizzarlo nel pavimento della doccia e posarlo solo in ambienti interni ; per la pulizia si consiglia l’utilizzo di detergenti neutri. Possibili variazioni sia nelle dimensioni che nell’aspetto estetico sono da considerarsi peculiarità e pregio della nostra produzione a carattere puramente artigianale che rende ogni pezzo unico e di grande valore. Per la posa della serie Cubik utilizzare stucco color antracite ( ad esempio : C240 Litokol ). INSTRUCTION POUR LA POSE ET LE NETTOYAGE Pose Nos produits en grès cerame ont une faible absorption d’eau et ceci rends nécessaire l’utilisation d’adhésifs spécifiques et de qualité élevée et suivre les instructions du fabricant. pour la pose des produits rectifies, nous recommandons une pose à ”joint minimum”, c’est-à-dire une pose du matériel rectifié avec des fuites de 2,5 mm. et donc la pose sans fuites est absolument déconseillée ; eventuelles variations de couleur/nuances doivent être considérées comme une caractéristique de qualification qui vous permet d’obtenir un résultat plus “naturel”. Voici quelques conseils pour l’installation: - Poser au moins 3-4 m2 au sol pour verifier l’effet d’ensemble ; - Prélever les carreaux dans plusieurs boîtes ; - Ne pas immerger les carreaux dans l’eau avant la pose ; - Effectuer un nettoyage immédiatement après la pose ; - Pose max. 10/20 % du carreaux - Attendre 48-72 heures avant de mettre le sol en service Nettoyage il est obligatoire de faire un nettoyage après la pose avec la solution eau + cemenboss (acide tamponné – pourcentages d’eau/acide conformément aux instructions de l’emballage) et/ou avec un produit dégraissant ou “ deterdek “ par fila ( www.filachim.com ). Pour le grès cérame poli, il n’est absolument pas recommandé d’utiliser des substances telles que l’huile et le vinaigre ; utiliser uniquement ph neutre nettoyant liquide ( sans savon ) ; synthétique souple ne pas utiliser le coulis époxy ou mortier à base de matériaux (Flexfughe) et / ou des acides et de l’ammoniac, l’eau de Javel, les produits à base d’hypochlorite de sodium et sur la base de l’acide ; ces produits peuvent comprendre, mais ne sont pas limités aux suivants : la bière, vin, sodas, citrique ( citrons, pamplemousses , oranges, etc ) et tomates, vinaigre, et l’urine des animaux de compagnie. Une suppression insuffisante ou tardive de débris après l’installation , il peut laisser des traces difficiles à éliminer , ainsi donnant l’impression que le «mauvais» que les carreaux absorbent ou se salissent facilement. Pour le nettoyage quotidien il faut utiliser des dégraissants basiques ou alcalins : nous ne recommandons pas d’utiliser des traitements tels que des cires et / ou imprégnations. les carreaux en gres cerame nécessitent un entretien minimal mais en cas de taches particulières et/ou tenaces, merci de contacter notre service d’assistance à la clientèle. Mosaïques Metalli, Opus e Cubik Chaque couleur de la série Metalli est caractérisée par une grande variété chromatique grâce à la présence de différents métaux et aussi la série Opus est délibérément caractérisé par de différences des dimensions qui sont typiques de ce mosaïque ; ces produits ne nécessitent pas d’entretien particulier mais nous recommandons de ne utiliser pas ces produits pour le sol de la douche, uniquement à l’intérieur. Pour le nettoyage, nous recommandons l’utilisation d’un détergent neutre. Pour la pose de la série Cubik, mortier et joint conseillé : C240 Litokol. 12 VERLEGUNG UND PFLEGE Feinsteinzeug Verlegen und Verfugen Unsere Feinsteinzeug Fliesen haben eine geringe Wasseraufnahme, aus diesem Grund emphfelen wir bei der herkömmlichen Verlegung Wärmezement zu benutzen oder eine der besten geeignetsten Kleber für die Verlegung von Feinsteinzeug ; die Verlegung soll normalerweise mit ”minimalster Fuge” von 2,5 mm. erfolgen. Die Farbe, die Struktur und das Aussehen der Fliesen können auf Grund der für die besondere Fliesenserie oder Produktreihe festgelegten Spezifikationen des Herstellers variieren. Nachfolgend einige Tipps und Richtlinien für die Verlegung: - Mischen Sie entsprechende Mengen aus unterschiedlichen Paketen ; - Stellen Sie nicht die Fliesen nicht im Wasser vor der Verlegung ; - Der Bodenbelag kann 2-3 Tage nach dem Verlegen ausgefugt werden; - Die Polierten Fliesen durfen nicht mit Bleistift oder Filzstifte markiert werden ; - Verlegung max 10/20 % der Fliesen - Sie gehen nicht auf Fliesen, bis sie (in der Regel in 24 Stunden) eingestellt sind. Reinigung & Regelmässige Pflege Für eine erfolgreiche Verlegearbeit ist ein tragfähiger ebener Untergrund erforderlich ; für polierte Feinsteinzeug, ist es nicht zu empfehlen, Mittel wie Öl und Essig zu benutzen ; Feinstein Flächen, auch wenn Sie imprägniert sind, sollten nach Bedarf feucht gewischt werden. Verwenden Sie einen Schuss Feinstein Pflegereiniger oder FILACLEANER im (warmen) Wasser. Für die Unterhaltsreinigung haben ist Filacleaner ein Zaubermittel, welches streifenfreie Reinigung und gleichzeitigen Schutz für brillante Oberflächen garantiert mit einer sehr hohen Flächenleistung. Bei stärkerer Verschmutzung INTENSIVREINIGER verwenden. In hartnäckigen Fällen, wie auch bei Teer, Wachs, Holzlasuren u.ä. Öl-und WACHSENTFERNER anwenden. Mosaik Metalli, Opus und Cubik Auch bei 1.Sortierung sind kleinere Mängel, geringfügige Form- und Farbabweichungen zulässig, soweit sie bei fachgemäßer Verlegung aus Sicht eines objektiven Betrachters das Gesamtbild nicht beeinträchtigen. Mögliche Veränderungen im Maß und ästhetischer Aspekt sind zu betrachten als Besonderheit und Wert von unserer handbearbeitete Mosaik-Produktion, die jeder Stück einigartig und wertvoll liefert. Bei der Verlegung der Fliesen Cubik, empfehlen wir eine anthrazite Fuge oder z.B. C240 von Litokol. Variation of shades is an inherent characteristic of ceramic tile. here below please find some tips and guidelines for the installation : - Mix tiles from several cartons as you set, for a blended effect ; - Do not put the tiles into the water before laying ; - Remove excess grout from surface immediately ; - Do not mark with a pencil or felt-tip pens the polished tiles and clean them immediately after grouting - Max 10/20% of the tile - Do not walk on tiles until they are set (usually in 24 hours). Cleaning and maintenance The daily maintenance involves the complete removal of grout and construction dirt after products have been installed ; porcelain tiles can cleaned successfully by scrubbing the installation with hot water, and if some residue remains further cleaning will need to be done with a degreaser or “ Deterdek “ by fila ( www.filachim.com ) in consultation with the grout manufacturer. For polished porcelain tiles, it is absolutely not recommended to use substances such as oil and vinegar ; use only ph neutral liquid cleaner (soapless) ; do not use epoxy grout or mortar based flexible synthetic materials ( Flexfughe ) and / or acids and ammonia, bleach, products based on sodium hypochlorite and on acid base. ; These products may include, but are not limited to the following: beer; wine; sodas; citric acids (lemons, grapefruits, oranges, etc.); tomatoes; vinegar; and pet urine. An inadequate or late removal of debris after installation , it can leave marks difficult to remove, thus giving the impression that the “wrong” that the tiles absorb or get dirty easily. For the daily cleaning please use detergents for cleaning porcelain tile, following the instructions.
