Folie 1 - FlightPort

The first version of the helipack X was introduced in May 2010 and was downloaded
about 2700 times.
This package includes 21 air rescue bases 13 hospitals and police bases.
The new helipack X contains additional air rescue bases and hospitals.
Overall, the new Helipack X 2.0 now includes 39 air rescue centers and 46 clinics and
other bases.
In this package we added again some animated sceneries. Next to „Sanderbusch“
(Helipack 1.0), we added moving platforms of the MHH in Hannover. In Rheine at the
air rescue base of Chr. Europe 2 and in Uelzen, air rescue base of Chr. 19, the hangar
doors are animated.
Additionally we started to add sceneries outside of Germany.
Like the air rescue base of Christophorus 16 (Austria) and a photo-realistic scenery of
the „Universitat de Catalunya“ in Barcelona belonging to the hospital „General de
Catalunya“ in Sant Cougat del Vallès and air rescue base.
Installations:
Before installing helipack X 2.0 please delete helipack X 1.0 from scenery
library and from the addon scenery folder.
Install the helipack x2.0 with the setup to the target folder of FSX. Target folder is
the„Addon Scenery“ folder.
You need as well the Helipack Library and the Flightport Gmax Library, both to be
downloaded at the Flightport webpage.
All 3 software packages must be registered within the scenery library.
Press the “OK” button to do so and the library will be rebuild without restarting the
FSX.
May consider recognizing problems doing that if you use Windows 7.
Troubleshooting:
After using the button “add scenery”, the explorer window will open (you will see the
whole FSX root installation folder then).

Choose the folder “Add-on scenery”, either by double-click or mark it and press OK
and you will be diverted to the “Add-on-scenery”-folder.
Search for the HPX folder and double-click or mark it.
After doing so, you finally end up within the FSX folder of the HPX. In order to add
the HPX into your library you must simply click on the button “Move up” (1) or into a
blank area (2).
After that, the HPX is added just at the top of your scenery library.
These steps be repeated with the packages of Flightport
It`s important to ensure that the Helipack in the priority is high.
Graphic Settings:
You can recognize on that picture, what the graphic settings are like due to the best
performance.
Non high-performance computer may change to the following settings: Pull the scroll
bar a bit more to the left hand side then.
The HPX is configured to mesh properly with the following sceneries:
German Airfields, German Airports, German Landmarks and even most of the
VFR Germany Sceneries, Scenery of Dortmund from Christian Bahr, BueckeburgScenery from Freddy Hundertmark and Acceleration Pack .

The HPX is strictly released as freeware only and due to be used for private and
non-commercial use.
Any kind of commercial use is forbidden unless the ICARO-Scenery-Development
Group agreed. Due to that, any publishing (even if non-commercial) by picture or
video files must be signed with a distinct link to the ICARO-SDG. All terms and
conditions apply and the copyright is belonging to the ICARO Scenery Development
