Einsatz:
Operation
• Ideal zum Spannen von kleinen und großen Werkstücken für die Fräsbearbeitung.
• Spannen ohne Verzug, auch von unebenen Teilen.
• Perfect for clamping of small and big work pieces for milling.
• Clamping without warpage, also for uneven pieces.

• Haftkraft: 3500 N pro Pol bei Polfläche 50x50 mm.
• Eindringtiefe des Magnetfeldes beträgt 10 mm bei max. Haftkraftstufe (idealerweise sollte das Werkstück dicker als 10 mm sein
und die Magnetspannplatte um mindestens 10 mm überragen, um zu gewährleisten, dass keine Späne haften bleiben).
• Die Betriebsspannung beträgt 400 V.
• 4-Kanal Steuergeräte zum gleichzeitigen Schalten von bis zu vier Magnetspannplatten sind als Option erhältlich.
• Feste und bewegliche Polverlängerungen zum Unterfüttern unebener Werkstücke sind als Zubehör erhältlich.
• Adhesion: 3500 N per pole with pole surface 50x50 mm.
• Penetration depth of the magnetic field amounts 10 mm with max. adhesion capacity (ideally the work piece should be thicker
than 10 mm and extend the magnetic chuck about at least 10 mm to guarantee no swarf adhere).
• The operating voltage is 400 V.
• A 4-Channel Controller is able to switch up to four magnetic chucks (optional available).
• For uneven workpieces fixed blocks and spring blocks are available.

Geliefert wird die ASSQUAD-Magnetspannplatte mit Steuergerät (400 V/50 Hz), inklusive Kabelfernbedienung mit Haftkraftregulierung.
Eine verständliche Bedienungsanleitung liegt der Magnetspannplatte ebenso bei. Die Magnetspannplatte kann mittels Durchgangsbohrungen
oder seitlichen Spannnuten auf dem Maschinentisch befestigt werden. Zudem ist das Einbringen zusätzlicher Bohrungen im Stahlkörper der
Spannplatte nach Zeichnung möglich.

There is a clear instruction enclosed. The magnetic chuck can be fixed by trough-holes or lateral clamping slots on a maschine table. In addition the

Einsatz:
Operation
• DOUBLE MAG Magnetspannelemente bieten eine günstige Alternative zu großen EPM Plattensystemen. Anstatt überlange Werkstücke komplett auf
großen Magnetspannplatten aufliegen zu lassen, können sie Dank mehrerer einzelner Elemente auch in Etappen gespannt werden.
• Keine Eigenverspannung, kein Verzug des Werkstückes. Ideal, wenn Ebenheit gefordert ist.
• Vibrationsarmes Fräsen, daher längere Werkzeugstandzeiten und Schonung der Frässpindel.
• Durchgangsarbeiten: Elemente können dort platziert werden, wo sie auch gebraucht werden, ohne den Verfahrweg der Bearbeitungsmaschine zu kreuzen.
• Eine 5-Seiten Bearbeitung in einer Aufspannung, horizontal und vertikal, Rundumbearbeitung, Durchgangsbohrungen möglich.
• Ideal beim: Fräsen, Bohren, Sägen, Schweissen, Montieren.
• DOUBLE MAG magnetic clamping elements can offer a low-priced alternative to the bigger EPM chuck systems. These patented magnetic clamping elements can be
used in a single version or in the composite of severals. They are a good supplement to replace single chucks by machining large workpieces.
• NO distortion by clamping the workpieces through the magnetic force, accurate machining.
• Low vibration while milling, therefore a better tool life and protection of the milling spindle.
• Through-Machining: Elements can be placed where they are needed avoiding positions where they would interfere with the machine path.
• A 5-sided machining in one clamp, horizontal and vertical.
• Ideal suitable for milling, drilling, sawing and welding machining, because a roundabout and through machining is possible.

IV. Der Elektropermanent - Batterie Lasthebemagnet EPM-B 100
The Electropermanent - Battery Magnetic Lifter EPM-B 100
Einsatz:
Operation
• Sie vereinen die Sicherheit von Permanent-Magneten und den Bedienungskomfort von Elektromagneten.
• Sie werden nicht über Dauerstrom, sondern nur über einen sekundenlangen Impulsstrom geschaltet - d.h.
magnetisiert oder entmagnetisiert, was bedeutet, dass die Last nie abfallen kann.
• Sie lassen sich über Drucktaster, Aufsetzautomatik oder Fernbedienung schalten.
• Neben den Elektropermanent-Lasthebemagneten (netzabhängig) gibt es auch ElektropermanentBatterie-magnete (netzunabhängig).
• Die Akkus der Elektropermanent-Batteriemagnete müssen erst wieder nach ca. 400 Ein- / Aus-Schaltungen
am Netz aufgeladen werden.
• Elektropermanent-Lasthebemagnete können bei Stapelbearbeitung die Bleche ab 4 mm Blechstärke,
Elektropermanent-Batteriemagnete (netzunabhängig) ab 6 mm Blechstärke vereinzeln.
• Optische und akustische Warnsignale unterstützen die sichere Lastaufnahme.
• They unify the safety of permanent magnets and the comfortability of electromagnets.
• They are not switched by persistent electric flux but by an electric impulse, lasting for some seconds. They are
extremely safe because, the load can‘t fell down when the currence brakes.
• The switching has to be done either by pressing the button or automode or remote control.
• The electropermanent lifters get their energy either from the mains or from the battery; they are mains
dependant or independent by battery.
• The accumulator-batteries of the EPM battery lifters last much longer than the electro battery lifters,
normally app. 400 ON/OFF switch cycles before recharging.
• EPM lifters can already lift seperately 4 mm thick sheets from a heap, an EPM battery lifter can seperate sheets
from 6 mm thickness.
• Optic and acoustic warnings guarantee a safe lifting under load.
