The closest subway stations are Goetheplatz (subway U3 and U6) and Sendlinger Tor (subway U1, U2, U3 and U6). There are also bus stops in front of our office (bus 58 and 152). Ms. Raidl focused on commercial, employment law and real estate law. She represented several medium sized and large companies in and out of court and handled negotiation of various contracts. Ms. Raidl gained broad experience in banking and capital markets law during her tenure at Rotter Rechtsanwälte. Ms. Raidl was admitted to the bar in 2003. She studied law at the Universities of Munich and Regensburg, graduating with honors. During her Rechtsreferendariat 2 she worked for Shalov Stone and Bonner LLP in New York. Ms. Raidl teaches law at Akademie Städtisches Klinikum in Munich. 2A Rechtsreferendar is a person receiving practical training in judicial or other legal work after having passed the first state examination. After two years of training the second state examination has to be passed to become a lawyer or judge. > 2002 to 2005: Attorney at Rotter Rechtsanwälte in Munich. Rotter Rechtsanwälte is a well known German law firm with strong connections to the US, representing private and institutional investors in and out of court. Dr. Keusch gained broad experience in banking, capital markets and stock company matters during his tenure at Rotter Rechtsanwälte. Dr. Keusch was admitted to the bar in 2002. He is originally from Switzerland and studied law at the University of Munich, from which he graduated with honors. He earned his docto rate in law from the University of Augsburg, magna cum laude. During his Rechtsreferendariat, 2 he worked for the German American Chamber of Commerce of the Southern US in Atlanta, Georgia. Dr. Keusch has written several publications on topics relating to German stock company law. During his University study he also worked for a major German TV-Company and a fund management company.
