Wichtige Basiskriterien für perfekte Lichtkonzepte
Je heller um so besser?
Was bedeutet Lichtfarbe?
Die Beleuchtungsstärke gemessen in
LUX hat großen Einfluss auf unser
Sehverhalten. Eine gleichmäßige Verteilung der Helligkeit im Raum hilft
hier entscheidend. Grundsätzlich darf
die Beleuchtungsstärke höher sein als
die Norm. Denn der Mensch ist ein
Tageslichtwesen: 100.000 Lux in der
Sommersonne und 20.000 Lux an bewölkten Tagen.
Die Lichtfarbe einer Lampe beschreibt
die Eigenfarbe des von der Leuchte
abgestrahlten Lichts. Sie wird bestimmt von der Farbtemperatur in
Kelvin (k). z.B.
Schattenbildung und Reflexionen
Form und Oberflächen im Raum sollen deutlich und auf angenehme Weise erkennbar sein. Beeinflusst wird
die Schattenbildung von der Lichtrichtung, die von der Verteilung und
Anordnung der Leuchten im Raum
bestimmt wird. Bei anspruchsvollen
Arbeiten, verbessert gerichtetes Licht
unsere Sehleistung erheblich. Direktes
Licht kann als zusätzliche Beleuchtung
eingesetzt werden, wenn dadurch erzeugte Schatten die Sehaufgabe nicht
stören. Dagegen bewirkt indirektes
Licht weniger Reflexionen auf Oberflächen und sorgt für eine blendfreie
Ausleuchtung.

Sie wird mit dem Farbwiedergabe
Index Ra bewertet.
Er gibt an, wie natürlich Farben wiedergegeben werden. Der Farbwiedergabewert Ra = 100 (theoretischer
Wert) steht für den besten Wert.
Besonders bei der Zahnfarbenbestimmung spielt daher ein hoher Ra Wert
eine entscheidende Rolle.
Die Lichtfarbe beeinflusst die Raumatmosphäre und damit den Sehkomfort.
Warmweißes Licht wird als gemütlich
und behaglich empfunden, neutralweißes Licht erzeugt eine eher sachliche Stimmung. Tageslichtweißes
Licht eignet sich für Arbeitsbereiche
über 1.000 Lux.
Das Licht von Lampen gleicher Lichtfarbe kann unterschiedliche Farbwiedergabeeigenschaften haben.
Besonders wichtig, der Farbwiedergabewert!
Die Farbwiedergabe einer Lampe
kennzeichnet die farbliche Wirkung,
die ihr Licht auf farbige Gegenstände
hervorruft.

Important basics for perfect light concepts
The brighter the better?
What means colour temperature?
The light intensity, measured in LUX,
has a great influence on our perception. A homogeneous distribution of
light is essential for an excellent visual
performance. Generally the light intensity should be higher as the given
standards because humans depend
on daylight: 100.000 LUX on a sunny
summer day and still 20.000 LUX on a
cloudy day.
The colour temperature of a light
source describes the natural colour of
the light. Colour temperature is measured in “kelvin”, e.g.
Shades and reflections
Forms and surfaces should be clearly
visible, but still in a pleasant way for
the eye. The formation of shades is affected by the positioning and angle of
the lights. Indirect light reduces shades
and reflections on surfaces. Spotlights
can be used as long as generated shades do not interfere with the working
process.

Daylight-white (tw) > 5.300 K
The colour temperature influences the
atmosphere and therefore the comfort of our vision. Warm-white light
is conceived comforting and homely,
whereas cool-white light generates a
rather objective atmosphere.
Daylight white light is mainly used for
working areas with more than 1000
LUX. Light sources with the same colour temperature may have different
colour rendering indices.
Significant: the colour rendering index!
The colour rendering of a light source
determines the intensity at which colours will be displayed.
This effect is measured with the colour rendering index Ra.

This index states how naturally colours are being rendered. Thereby
this index can reach a theoretical
maximum value of 100 for the best
performance. In particular to define
the exact colour of teeth, an excellent
colour rendering is important.

Das richtige Licht für Ihren Arbeitsbereich
Fast den ganzen Arbeitstag sind Sie auf künstliche Lichtquellen bei Ihrer Arbeit angewiesen. Gerade deshalb sollte die Beleuchtung optimal auf die Arbeit von Arzt,
Helferinnen und auch auf den Patienten abgestimmt sein.
Der Behandlungsraum wird in drei Bereiche, mit den entsprechenden Anforderungen an die mittlere Beleuchtungsstärke, in Lux unterteilt.
E3 ist das Behandlungsfeld, also der
Mund des Patienten. Dieser wird über
die spezielle Behandlungs- oder OPLeuchte ausgeleuchtet.
E2 ist der Behandlungsplatz, hier sind
mindestens 1000 Lux erforderlich. Weiter sollte auf eine minimierte Blendung
von Gegenständen und Möbeln geachtet werden.
E1 umfasst den verbleibenden Raum,
Empfang, Flur und Wartebereiche. Hier
sollte eine mittlere Beleuchtungsstärke von mindestens 500 Lux erreicht werden. Um
die Adaption sprich die Anpassung des Auges gering zu halten, ist auf eine hohe Gleichmäßigkeit in allen Bereichen zu achten.
Adequate lighting for your treatment area
Nearly the entire day you depend on artificial light. Hence lighting must be tailored
exactly to the needs of the dentist, the assistants and the patients.
We divide the treatment area in three zones with accordant requirements for the
average light intensity in LUX.
E3 is the actual treatment area, the patient’s mouth. This area is being accentuated
with the swivelling spot.
E2 is the dentist’s chair, this area requires a minimum of 1000 LUX. Furthermore a
minimisation of dazzling must be granted.
E1 concerns the remaining area, foyer, halls and waiting rooms. An average light
intensity of 500 LUX should be attained in these sectors. To keep adaption processes
of the eye as low as possible, you have to pay attention to a homogeneous distribution in all areas.

Ein freundlicher Empfang...
Schon auf dem Weg zu Ihrer Praxis, im Treppenhaus, spätestens jedoch im eigentlichen Eingangs- und Empfangsbereich schafft der Einsatz der richtigen Beleuchtung Sympathie und nimmt Ihren Patienten Berührungsängste. Eine harmonische
Lichtatmosphäre wirkt beruhigend, fördert den Dialog und schafft Vertrauen.
Eine weitere wichtige Aufgabe des Lichts in diesem Praxisbereich ist seine Leitfunktion: Patienten die sich leicht orientieren können, fühlen sich sicherer. Helles freundliches Licht und eine gut lesbare Beschilderung erleichtern gerade auch bei älteren
Patienten die Orientierung in fremder Umgebung. Die Wegführung im Flur sollte
durch eine entsprechende Anordnung und Kombination von Leuchten entsprechend unterstützt werden.
