ALLGEMEINE VERTRAGSBEDINGUNGEN:
Alle Reservierungen, Änderungen und Stornierungen können ausschließlich über das Onlinesystem
getätigt werden. Für alle nicht in dieser Vereinbarung geregelten Punkte kommen ergänzend die
Tschechischen Hotelvertragsbedingungen zur Anwendung. Die tatsächliche Unterkunftsleistung kann
unter besonderen Umständen in einem anderen Hotel erbracht werden. Gerichtsstand ist

ANREISE
Am Anreisetag steht Ihnen Ihr Zimmer ab 14.00 Uhr zur Verfügung.
Sollte das Zimmer bereits früher verfügbar sein, informiert Sie die Rezeption
ABREISE
Am Abreisetag geben Sie das Hotelzimmer bitte bis 11.00 Uhr frei.
BUCHUNGSGARANTIE
Das Hotel behält sich das Recht vor, eine Vorautorisierung der Kreditkarte vor Anreise vorzunehmen
(keine Zahlung). Sollte die Kreditkarte abgelaufen oder nicht gültig sein, behält sich das Hotel das
Recht vor die Buchung zu stornieren.
HUNDE/HAUSTIERE
Sind grundsätzlich erlaubt (außer Kategorie Deluxe / Deluxe mit Balkon und Suite / Junior Suite),
dürfen jedoch nicht in den Speise- bzw. Wellnessbereich. Bitte geben Sie bereits bei Ihrer Reservierung
bekannt, ob Sie ein Haustier mitbringen (gegen Aufpreis von € 10,- pro Nacht, ohne Futter).
PREISE UND INKLUSIVLEISTUNGEN
Die Preise verstehen sich pro Gast und Tag inklusive aller Steuern und Abgaben.
Die Inklusivleistungen sind bei den Hotelbeschreibungen im Detail angegeben.
STORNOBEDINGUNGEN:
Wenn plötzlich alles anders kommt…
Stornos bis 21 Tage vor dem Ankunftsdatum sind spesenfrei.
Bei späterem Storno verrechnen wir:
Storno 20 – 14 Tage vor geplanter Ankunft 10 % des Gesamtpreises
Storno 13 – 07 Tage vor geplanter Ankunft 20 % des Gesamtpreises
Storno 06 – 01 Tage vor geplanter Ankunft 50 % des Gesamtpreises
Bei Nichtankunft 100 % des Gesamtpreises
Die Stornierung, Änderung und Rückerstattung von Sonderangeboten ist nicht möglich.
Bei vorzeitiger Abreise behalten wir uns das Recht vor, eine Entschädigung in Höhe von 100% der
restlichen Summe (maximal 3 Tage) zu berechnen.
! Bitte beachten Sie, dass Sie durch die Bestätigung der Buchung diese Stornogebühren
akzeptieren und der Abbuchung von Ihrer Kreditkarte im Stornofall zustimmen. Wir
empfehlen den Abschluss einer Reiserücktrittskostenversicherung.
VERRECHNUNG/BEZAHLUNG
Folgende Kreditkarten werden im Falkensteiner Hotel Grand Spa Marienbad akzeptiert: Eurocard/
Mastercard, Visa, American
Express, JCB, Dinners Club. Auch die EC (Bankomat)-Karte ist willkommen.
Die Bezahlung erfolgt bei Anreise gerne in bar oder mit Kreditkarte.
GENERAL CONDITIONS:
All reservations, changes and cancellations can be transacted exclusively on the booking system
“Online-Res”. For all in this agreement not regulated points are used supplementing the Czech hotel
association conditions. The actual accommodation achievement under special circumstances can be
furnished in another hotel. Area of jurisdiction is Prague/Czech Republic
ARRIVAL
On the arrival day your room is free starting from 14.00 o'clock. If your room is available earlier,
reception will let you know.
DEPARTURE
Please leave the hotel room at 11.00 o'clock on the departure day.
RESERVATION WARRANTY
The hotel reserves itself the right to make a pre-authorisation of the credit card before journey (no
payment).
If the credit card should not be valid or run of, the hotel keeps the right to cancel the reservation
DOG/DOMESTIC ANIMALS
Dogs and cats are permitted (except in the category Deluxe / Deluxe with balcony and Suite / Junior
Suite) , but have no entry to the dining room and to the wellness area.
Please tell us by mail when you bring with you a domestic animal. The costs are euro 10, - per animal
and day/without fodder.
PRICES AND INCLUSIVE SERVICES
The prices are quoted per person and day including all taxes and deliveries.
The Inclusive services are indicated in the description of the offer.
CANCELLATION CONDITIONS
If you suddenly have to change your plans:
up to 21 days before arrival: free of charge
20 to 14 days: 10%
13 to 7 days: 20%
6 to 1 days: 50%
No Show: 100%
The percentage refers to the total price.
Special offers: cancellation and changes are not possible.
In case of departure ahead of schedule the hotel keeps the right to charge 100% of the balance
(maximum 3 days).
! Please note that by confirming this online reservation you automatically accept the
above mentioned cancellation fees. You agree that in case of cancellation we are allowed
to debit the occurred cancellation fee from the submitted credit card. We consider to
effect a travel cancellation insurance.
ACCOUNTING/PAYMENT
We gladly accept American Express, Diners, Visa, JCB, Eurocard / Mastercard and also the EC
(Bankomat) - card is welcome.
Please pay your journey on the check in day cash or with credit card
CONDIZIONI GENERALI DI CONTRATTO:
Tutte le prenotazioni, le modifiche e le disdette possono venir fatte esclusivamente attraverso il
sistema online.
Per tutti i punti non regolati dal presente Accordo sono applicabili in più anche le condizioni
alberghiere vigenti nella Repubblica Ceca. In caso di necessità la prestazione di accoglienza potrà venir
resa in un altro hotel.
Il foro competente è Praga/Repubblica Ceca.
ARRIVO:
Il giorno dell’arrivo la stanza sarà a vostra disposizione a partire dalle ore 14.00. Nel caso in cui la
stanza fosse libera prima, la reception ve lo farà sapere.
PARTENZA:
Il giorno della partenza siete pregati di lasciare la stanza entro le 11.00.
GARANZIA DI PRENOTAZIONE:
L’hotel si riserva il diritto di effettuare un’autorizzazione preventiva sulla vostra carta di credito prima
della partenza (nessun pagamento).
Se la carta di credito dovesse essere scaduta o non valida, l’hotel si riserva il diritto di annullare la
prenotazione.
CANI / ANIMALI DOMESTICI:
In linea di principio si accolgono tutti gli animali domestici (eccetto nelle camere Deluxe / Deluxe con
balcone e la Suite / Junior Suite). Non ne è però consentito l’accesso nell’area ristorante e nell’area
wellness. Si prega di comunicare la presenza di un animale domestico al momento della prenotazione .
Supplemento: € 10,- al giorno/animale (cibo escluso).
PREZZI E SERVIZI INCLUSIVI:
I prezzi sintendono per persona al giorno incluso le tasse di soggiorno. I servizi compresi nel prezzo
sono indicati dettagliatamente nelle descrizioni dell’ hotel.
PENALE IN CASO DI ANNULLAMENTO:
In caso di improvvisa disdetta fino a
21 giorni dall’arrivo previsto: nessuna spesa
20 – 14 giorni: 10%
13 – 7 giorni: 30%
6 – 1 giorni: 50%
mancato arrivo: 100%
Le percentuali si calcolano sul prezzo complessivo.
Offerte speciali: in caso di offerte speciali non sono ammesse disdette , modifiche o risarcimenti.
In caso di partenza anticipata ci riserviamo il diritto di esigere un risarcimento pari al 100%
dell’importo residuo (massimi 3 giorni).
! Vi prego di notare che effettuando la prenotazione on-line accettate le condizioni di
cancellazione. Inoltre con questa conferma abbiamo la facoltà di addebitare attraverso
la carta di Credito immessa al momento della prenotazione le spese di cancellazione
previste. Vi consigliamo pertanto di stipulare un'assicurazione per il proprio soggiorno.
CARTI DI CREDITO:
Accettiamo la carta EC (bancomat) e le carte di credito: Eurocard / Mastercard, American Express,
Diners, Visa, JCB.
Il pagamento del soggiorno dovra' essere effettuato al momento dell'arrivo in Hotel tramite Carta di
Credito o contanti.
