Anforderungen der Installationsaktivitäten und Wartung/
Requirements of installation activity and maintenance:
In Fahrspuren, wo die Leuchte horizontalen Kräften durch Bremsen, Beschleunigen und
Richtungswechsel ausgesetzt ist, darf die Leuchte nicht eingesetzt werden. Belastungen
dürfen nicht mit harten Gegenständen, schlag- noch stoßartig erfolgen. The lamp may not be
used in vehicle lanes where it is subjected to horizontal forces through braking, accelerating
and changing direction. No load may be placed on it by hard objects, or by impacts or blows.
Sowohl beim direkten Einbau ohne Einbaughäuse, als auch bei Verwendung eines
Einbaugehäuses, muss eine zusätzliche Drainage, z. B. durch ein Kiesbett, erfolgen. When
mounting the luminaire directly without an in-ground housing as well as when using an inground housing an additional drainage – e.g. as per grit foundation – is required!
Zur Pflege Glas regelmäßig reinigen, von Staub und Blättern etc. befreien, um eine
Überhitzung zu vermeiden. Nur lösungsmittelfreie Reinigungsmittel verwenden. Keine
Hochdruckreiniger. Care for the glass by cleaning it regularly and removing dust, leaves, etc.
to prevent overheating. Only use solvent-free cleaning agents. Do not use high-pressure
cleaners.

Vorgehensweise:
Legen Sie alle Komponenten in Reihe neben den Montagekanal.
Um Länge und Auswahl der Montagerahmen zu gewährleisten:
Bitte IMMER nur an einem Ende beginnen!
Beginnen Sie also nicht an 2 oder mehreren Stellen, sondern nur an einer!
Wenn Ecken vorhanden sind, haben diese Vorrang und Sie beginnen bitte mit der Eckverbindung!
Procedure:
Place all components in series next to the mounting channel.
To ensure length and selection of the mounting frame:
Please only start at one end-ALWAYS!
So start not at 2 or more sites, but only at one!
If corners are present, they will take precedence and so please start with the corner joint!

a) Montage der Einbaurahmen/ Mounting of the mounting frames:
Der Montagerahmen muss auf einer Basis mit ausreichender Festigkeit eingesetzt werden.
Hierzu ist es notwendig, ein Fundament vor Ort zu bauen.
The mounting frame must be installed on a base of sufficient strength.
For this it is necessary to build a foundation on site by the customer.
Bei der Montage ist eine ausreichende Drainage zur Entwässerung des Rahmens vorzusehen.
During the assembly a sufficient drainage is provided for dewatering the frame.
Dann legen Sie die Montagerahmen auf das Fundament und das Verbindungskabel in den
Einbaurahmen wie auf den folgenden Seiten beschreiben.
Then place the mounting frame on the foundation and the connecting cable into the mounting
frame as describe on the following sides.
Legen Sie die Montagehilfe auf dem Rahmen auf und richten Sie die Rahmen aus, bevor Sie die
Rahmen mit Schrauben und Dübel befestigen.
Place the mounting aid on the frame and align the frames, before fasten the mounting frames with
screws and plugs.
Bitte verwenden Sie geeignete Schrauben / Dübel (ø6mm) für den Einbau in den Boden!
Please use suitable srews/ dowels (ø6mm) for mounting in the ground!

c) Verkabelung im Installationskanal/ Wiring inside the installation channel:

Verdrahtung innerhalb der Einbaurahmen
unterhalb der Leuchte. Integrate the
connection and wiring inside the mounting
frame underneath the luminaire.

Bitte führen Sie die Verdrahtung (männlich
und weiblich-Stecker) unterhalb der
Querverstrebung durch. Please feed
the wiring (male and female-connector)
underneath the crossbar.

Drücken Sie die Leuchte in den
Einbaurahmen. Push the fixture into the
mounting frame.
Suchen Sie die richtige Position für
die Leuchten-die Feder muss bei der
Querverstrebung sein und das Ende der
Leuchte muss am Ende sein. Seek the right
position for the luminaire-the spring has
to be by the crossbar and the end of the
luminaire has to be at the end.

Bitte führen Sie die Verdrahtung (männlich
und weiblich-Stecker) unterhalb der
Querverstrebung durch und verbinden sie
mit der nächsten Leuchte. Please feed
the wiring (male and female-connector)
underneath the crossbar and connect to
the next fixture.

Verbinden Sie männlich und weiblich der
beiden Armaturen. Connect male and
female of the two fixtures.

in den Rahmen unterhalb der Leuchten.
