Die Prüfungen an o.g. Artikeln wurden nach Oeko-Tex® Standard 100, Produktklasse I für Babyartikel durchgeführt und haben ergeben, dass die derzeit geltenden humanökologischen Anforderungen des Standards erfüllt
sind.
Die zertifizierten Artikel erfüllen die geltenden Anforderungen des Anhangs
XVII von REACH (inkl. Verwendung von Azofarbstoffen, Nickellässigkeit
etc.) sowie die Amerikanischen Anforderungen hinsichtlich dem Gehalt an
Blei (total) in Kinderartikeln (CPSIA, ausgenommen Zubehör aus Glas).
Der Inhaber des Zertifikates hat sich dem Institut gegenüber durch eine Konformitätserklärung gemäss ISO 17050-1 verpflichtet, nur mit dem Prüfmuster
konforme Ware mit dem Oeko-Tex® Signet zu kennzeichnen. Die Konformität wird durch Audits überprüft.
Dieses Zertifikat ist gültig bis 30.04.2014

The results of the inspection made according to Oeko-Tex® Standard 100,
product class I have shown that the above mentioned goods meet the human-ecological requirements of the S t a n d a r d presently established for baby
articles.
The certified articles fulfil the requirements of Annex XVII of REACH (incl.
the use of azo-dyes, nickel, etc.) as well as the American requirement regarding total content of lead in children's articles (CPSIA; with the exception
of accessories made from glass).
The holder of the certificate, who has issued a conformity declaration according to ISO 17050-1, is under an Obligation to use the Oeko-Tex® mark
only in conjunction with products that conform with the sample initially tested. The conformity is verified by audits.
This authorisation is valid until 30.04.2014
