57 Royal Passagemaker Vessel Walkthrough
From the aftdeck, one can enter the main salon through the Pacific Coast Marine aft door or
use the full walk arounds to the pilothouse side doors. The main salon features very comfortable
lounge chairs, a sofa and a full entertainment center. The companionway to the staterooms is
forward and to starboard and the galley is forward and to port. The access to the pilothouse is
forward and center. The engine room is accessed from the aftdeck.

Spinel offers 3 staterooms and 2 heads in a very open, airy and comfortable atmosphere. She
has a full beam master stateroom amidships, a guest stateroom with queen berth forward of
the master stateroom and a bow stateroom with over/under berths. The master stateroom and
guest cabins are separated by the laundry room for added privacy. Her main salon is very
tastefully decorated and is very comfortable.

The full beam master stateroom is located amidships with large portlights allowing lots of natural
light. Her ensuite head includes a full size tub/shower and loads of storage above the sink and
vanity. The stateroom has plenty of locker space, yet there is comfortable room to move around.

There is a queen size berth, a setee, cedar-lined and dual-mirrored hanging lockers, a separate
large locker for coats, jackets and hats, almost two dozen drawers for storage and a safe for
valuables. Indirect lighting, individually controlled heat and a/c, and individually controlled
entertainment system access are also available.

Located forward and to port, this queen berth guest stateroom has a large cedar-lined hanging
locker, eight drawers for storage, seating and a reading library. Large portlights provide lots of
natural light. Indirect lighting, individually controlled heat and a/c, and individually controlled
entertainment system access are also available.

The bow stateroom has over/under berths and also serves as an office. There is a large hanging
locker and great file storage under the lower berth. A settee and desk are to starboard. Cubbies
on both sides provide room to store magazines, books, etc... The large portlights and overhead
hatch provide lots of natural light. Indirect lighting, individually controlled heat and a/c, and
individually controlled entertainment system access are also available.

The pilothouse includes a work station, including a hidden computer (2007) with LAN connection
(to the computer and printer in the other office), an 18" monitor and keyboard, lateral file storage
for all of the ship's papers and manuals, and separate storage for cruising guides, binoculars,
and other navigation gear. The bow stateroom includes a work station with file storage.

The pilothouse includes a very comfortable and surprisingly spacious wrap around seating area
to port, which will accommodate at least 8 people. There is also a hi/lo table surrounded by
wrap around seating on the flybridge for alfresco dining.

The sundeck includes a stainless steel grill, ice maker, wet bar and tender storage. There is
also access to the aftdeck through a watertight deck hatch and ladder.

The flybridge includes a console station forward, surrounded by loads of cushion covered bench
seating. There is a Radar arch with Bimini forward, sun lounge, tender and tender davit aft.
There is also a wet bar with stainless steel propane grill and ice maker. Access is from the

From her aftdeck, one can access the engine room through an angled water tight door and
access the flybridge by a ladder through an upper deck hatch. There is also a water tight Pacific
Coast Marine door to the main salon. There is ample room for deck chairs.

This full displacement hull with bulbous bow and soft-radius double-cheek stern was designed
by the famous Edwin Monk, Sr. and has twelve watertight compartments. Her hull and bulbous
bow are made of hand-laid solid fiberglass.

The main salon home theater system includes a Yamaha Dolby Pro Logic A/V Receiver, Surround
and Dolby digital decoders, Sharp Aquos 37" flat screen TV, Sony DVD/VCR player, 5 M & K
speakers and retractable storage for 250+ DVD's, 400 CD's and 100 Videos. She also has a
full Audio Access Multi-Zone Music System, including a AA-PX600 Multi-Room Preamp/Controller,
2 Niles SI-1230 systems integration amplifiers, Ipod docking station and a Marantz tuner. There
are a total of 24 speakers throughout the vessel. Finally, there is a KVH TracVision G4 satellite
TV system. Overall, the entire entertainment system is extensive, but it is easily accessible
and simple to operate with the Pronot intregrated remote control.

Spinel (ex. Fine Romance) is an Ed Monk and Gregory Marshall designed 3 stateroom trawler
that is one of those yachts you just have to see to appreciate. She was not only built to cruise
anywhere in the world (4,500 nm range), she also offers a beautiful interior, full-height engine
room and shallow draft. This two-owner yacht was specifically built for world cruising, but she
is just as suited for coastal cruising. She is a perfect blend of trawler efficiency and safety along
with large yacht amenities. She is hardy enough to be found anchored in Patagonia, yet stylish
enough to be found stern-to in St. Tropez. Her owners and builder took 2 years to complete
her, so they thought of just about everything. She is truly a unique yacht that is now seriously
for sale.
