Il Socio Prima Parc Club ha diritto, al termine del soggiorno, ad un buono del valore del 10% dell’importo

wohnen bzw. gewohnt haben, haben Recht auf die kostenlose Prima Parc Karte.
Sie bietet verschiedene Vorteile an: Preisnachlässe und
Vergünstigungen in ausgewählten Partner-Geschäften,
Restaurants und Funparks.
Das Mitglied des Prima Parc Klubs hat am Ende des
Aufenthaltes das Recht auf einen Gutschein über 10%
auf den für den Aufenthalt bezahlten Betrag (Extras
nicht inklusive*). Die gesamte Summe wird - in jedem
Parc Hotel und zu jedem Zeitraum - von der Rechnung

How to become a Prima Parc Club Member
To be a Prima Parc Club Member is easy and free of
charge.
All guests staying, or who stayed, in one of our hotels
are entitled to a Prima Parc Card.
The advantages are many: discounts and special terms
in partner shops, restaurants and fun parks.
A Prima Parc Club Member will receive a voucher when
checking out for the amount of 10% of the room bill
(extras, drinks, phone bill not included*). This amount
can be deducted as a discount in any of our Parc Hotels
and at each time from the future bill.
New Members who still do not have any voucher (maybe they booked our hotel through a travel agency and
filled the Prima Parc Club application form on resort),
will receive a 5% discount - calculated on their actual
room bill - for their next room stay (extras not included*).
In order to take advantage of your Member benefits
you have to book directly to our booking office; in this
case a deposit to guarantee your booking will not be
required.

Uno splendido e scenografico declivio prospicente il
Lago di Garda, a pochi passi dal centro storico di Bardolino che si raggiunge comodamente a piedi in 10
minuti (ca. 150 - 300 m.).
Esposto completamente a sud-est e quindi sempre
ben soleggiato e completamente fronte lago. Facilmente raggiungibile in quanto il terreno confina con la
Gardesana orientale.
Il Parc Hotel Germano Suites & Apartments, nuovo
gioiello della Parc Hotels Italia, si presenta con un nuovo concetto di ospitalità.
La scelta architettonica e di insediamento è stata dettata dalla volontà di costruire una struttura che si integrasse il più possibile nell’ambiente e nell’andamento
naturale del terreno, con il ripristino completo delle
zone a verde ed alberate. Un rifiuto totale, quindi, di
un’architettura invasiva del territorio, del cemento fine
a se stesso, e di un concetto alberghiero non rispettoso dell’ambiente. Le suites e gli appartamenti sono
stati studiati per dare il massimo confort e con un nuovo concetto di spazio e comodità.
Il ricevimento, i ristoranti, i bars, il centro benessere
ed in genere tutti i servizi sono concentrati in un unico blocco nella parte più alta del resort prospiciente
il lago.

Ein herrlicher leicht abfallender Hang über dem
See, nur wenige Schritte vom historischen Zentrum von Bardolino und vom See, beide kann
man in ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuß erreichen.
Der Komplex ist nach Süd-Osten gerichtet und
immer sonnig mit Blick zum See. Er grenzt an die
östliche Gardesana-Straße und ist sehr leicht zu
finden.
Das Parc Hotel Germano Suites & Apartments ist
die neue Perle der Parc Hotels Italia Kette und
bietet ein neues Konzept von Gastlichkeit an.
Die Architektur und die Siedlung wurden so konzipiert, um die Gebäude optimal in die Umgebung
des sanft hügeligen Geländes zu integrieren.
Striktes Augenmerk wurde auch darauf gelegt,
nach der Fertigstellung rundherum wieder die ursprüngliche grüne Umgebung herzustellen.
Die Suiten und die Wohnungen wurden aufwendig entworfen, um jeden erdenklichen Komfort in
einem neuen Raumkonzept zu garantieren,

just few steps from the historical center of Bardolino and the lake, both easily reachable with a
10 minutes stroll.
The Resort faces south-east, therefore is exposed
to the sun the whole day, and is located towards
the lake; very easy to reach as it borders on the
“Gardesana Orientale”.
Parc Hotel Germano – Suites & Apartments Resort is the new jewel of Parc Hotels Italia and introduces a new concept in hospitality.
The architectural lines and development were
designed in order to integrate the new residential
building with the landscape and with the natural
undulating of the ground, also by reinstating all
green areas. A firm non-acceptance of an highimpact architecture.
All suites and apartments have been conceived
to offer the maximum comfort, thanks to a new
desire of great convenience for the guest.

Il Lago di Garda - al tempo dei
Romani detto Lacus Benacus
- ha un perimetro di circa 160
chilometri e il massimo punto di
profondità raggiunge i 346 metri. Si tratta del lago più grande
in Italia e tra i laghi alpini sicuramente il più interessante, data
la varietà della vegetazione e
dei microclimi che esso offre.
E’ diviso in due: la parte settentrionale circondata da alte catene montuose che lo chiudono
come un fiordo; la parte meridionale si allarga nella pianura
in un ampio bacino ed è qui che
si trovano i famosi parchi di divertimenti più grandi d’Italia.

La Sicilia è la più grande, la più
popolata, la più illustre isola del
Mediterraneo, di tutte le civiltà che resero famoso questo
mare, essa è la sintesi più viva e

Le sue coste sono quanto mai
variate e interessanti; le sue
montagne continuano in certo
modo l’Appennino Calabrese,
dividendosi però in numerosi e
caratteristici sistemi, lasciando
però isolato il maestoso e bellissimo Etna, la più grande montagna siciliana ed il più grande
vulcano d’Europa.
Il clima mite in inverno, è temprato in estate. La flora è quanto mai ricca e variata, andando
dalla più tipica vegetazione subtropicale ai ginepri che macchiano le zone maggiormente
elevate dell’Etna.

I nostri prezzi sono in Euro, per persona e al giorno, e comprendono:
servizio, IVA, utilizzo gratuito delle piscine sia esterne che coperte, uso
dei lettini e degli ombrelloni, attrezzature per il tempo libero e animazione. I prezzi sono validi per pernottamenti a partire da un minimo di
3 notti. Non sono compresi, a meno che sia chiaramente specificato,
l’uso del garage, campi da tennis, ore di tennis, minigolf, gite in bicicletta o a cavallo, affitto di barche o pedalò, utilizzo di campi sportivi
al di fuori dei programmi di animazione e quant’altro specificato nelle
descrizioni dei singoli alberghi. La mezza pensione comprende il pernottamento, la prima colazione e la cena (pranzo escluso). Le bevande
consumate al ristorante o nei singoli bar degli hotels non sono incluse

diretto o indiretto che i clienti possono subire, come smarrimento o

eventuali scioperi che ritardino l’arrivo o la partenza che non siano da
imputare direttamente al personale dell’hotel o che accadano durante
il soggiorno del cliente o durante il trasporto da e per l’hotel.
VALUTE
Presso la cassa del ricevimento si ha la possibilità di cambiare tutte
le più importanti valute estere in Euro. Non vengono accettati assegni personali, si accettano tuttavia per il cambio i Traveller Cheques e
gli Eurocheques. Desideriamo inoltre informarvi che le carte di credito
vengono accettate solo per il pagamento dei conti d’albergo (non per
il cambio valuta), previo avviso già all’arrivo, per somme non inferiori

indirekte den Gast betreffende Schäden jeglicher Art ab, wie z.B. Verlust
oder Diebstahl von Gegenständen, Krankheit oder Verletzungen, Unfälle im
Hotelgelände, Unglücksfälle bei Benutzung von Sportgeräten bzw. bei der
Teilnahme am Aktivprogramm des Hotels; Streikfälle, die eine pünktliche
Anreise bzw. Abfahrt verhindern. Dies gilt ebenso für alle Ereignisse, die
nicht direkt der Schuld oder Nachlässigkeit des Personals zuzuschreiben
sind bzw. die den Gast während seines Aufenthaltes oder während seines

WÄHRUNGEN
An der Kasse der Rezeption hat man die Möglichkeit, die wichtigsten ausländischen Währungen in Euro umzutauschen. Kontokorrentschecks werden nicht akzeptiert. Reiseschecks und Euroschecks werden zum Geldwech-sel
akzeptiert. Weiters möchten wir darauf hinweisen, daß Kreditkarten nur zur
Bezahlung der Hotelrechnung (nicht zum Geldwechsel) akzeptiert werden.
Dies muß bereits bei Ankunft mitgeteilt werden. Der akzeptierte Mindestbetrag ist € 50,00. Für darunter liegende Beträge werden keine Kreditkarten
angenommen.
HAUSTIERE
Haustiere sind in unseren Häusern unter folgenden Bedingungen erlaubt:

Die Zimmer/Wohnungen müssen am Abreisetag bis spätestens 10.00 Uhr
geräumt werden, andernfalls wird der volle Zimmerpreis für einen weiteren
Tag verrechnet. Für verspätete Ankünfte oder frühzeitige Abreisen wird
eine Penale von höchstens 3 Nächten verrechnet.

DEPOSIT

possible strikes which could delete the arrival or the departure which
cannot be directly imputed to the hotel staff or that could happen during the stay, transfer to or from the hotel.
VALUES
At hotel receptions you may change major foreign currencies. We do
not accept personal cheques; travellers cheques, Eurocheques and
major credit cards are accepted. We would like to inform you that credit card payments will be accepted for minimum amount of € 50,00.

La Fondazione Germano Chincherini, fondatore di Parc Hotels Italia scomparso prematuramente alcuni anni
fa, è stata costituita dalla moglie, Signora Helena Malm, che ha osservato scrupolosamente e con assoluta
fedeltà la volontà testamentaria del caro Germano, assumendone nel contempo la Presidenza a vita.
Ha ottenuto il riconoscimento quale ONLUS (Organizzazione Non Lucrativa di Utilità Sociale) da parte del
Ministero delle Finanze, ed è stata iscritta nell’albo degli enti che possono beneficiare del contributo IRPEF
del 5 per mille.
Gli scopi istituzionali della Fondazione Germano Chincherini sono la tutela e l’aiuto a favore di bambini, giovani ed infanti poveri e bisognosi, con particolare riguardo alle situazioni più disagiate dei Paesi del Terzo
Mondo, ma senza dimenticare supporto e sostegno a favore di altre istituzioni religiose e laiche operanti nello
stesso settore in tutto il mondo.
Nei primi anni di attività l’impegno maggiore della fondazione è stato nel contribuire sostanziosamente alla
realizzazione di una scuola primaria cattolica in Ukunda (Kenya), nella realizzazione di un pozzo per acqua
potabile in un disagiato villaggio Keniota, nell’impegno per adozioni a distanza, nonché nel supporto ad altre
istituzioni benefiche quali i missionari Comboniani.

Die Stiftung von Germano Chincherini, Gründer
der Hotelkette Parc Hotels Italia und vor einigen
Jahren vorzeitig gestorben, wurde mit den anfänglichen Ersparnissen seiner Gemahlin, Frau Helena
Malm Chincherini, konstituiert, welche mit absoluter Treue, ohne Einschränkung die Wünsche ihres
Mannes berücksichtigte und das Amt der Präsidentschaft auf Lebenszeit übernommen hat.
The foundation was found with the initial resources of the wife of Mr Germano, Mrs Helena Malm
Chincherini. She has carefully and faithfully followed her husband’s will, undertaking at the same
time the life chairmanship of the foundation.
Die Stiftung hat die Anerkennung als ONLUS (Organizzazione Non Lucrativa di Utilità Sociale =
eine nicht lukrative Organisation für das soziale
Vorteil) von Seiten des Italienischen Finanzministerum bekommen.
Ziel und Zweck der Stiftung von Germano Chincherini ist, die Interessen von hilfsbedürftigen Kindern und Jugendlichen zu schützen und Hilfe zu
leisten. Insbesondere wird sich um die Situation
hilfsbedürftiger Kinder und Jugendliche der Dritten Welt Länder gekümmert ohne zu vergessen,
auch alle anderen religiösen und laischen Organisationen mit den gleichen Zielen zu unterstützen.
Während der ersten Jahren hat sich die Stiftung
Germano Chincherini vor allem bemüht, eine
Grundschule in Ukunda (Kenya) zu bauen, einen
Brunnen für das Trinkwasser in einem armen Dorf
in Kenya zu graben, die Fernadoption zu fördern
und andere wohltuende Institutionen zu unterstützen, wie z.B. die Comboni Missionare.
The foundation has been recognised as an ONLUS
(Non-profit Organisation of Social Utility) by the
Italian Ministry of Finances and it has been added
to the register of the non-profit agencies.
The institutional aims of the Germano Chincherini
Foundation are to protect and help children,
young people and infants in need of assistance.
A particular eye is always kept to those situations
of extreme poverty in the Third World Countries,
never forgetting to support other religious and lay
organisations working hard to achieve the same
aims.
During the first years the foundation substantially
contributed to a construction of a catholic primary
school in Ukunda (Kenya) and of a drinkable water
well in a Kenyan village in need; it promotes longdistance adoptions and supports many charitable
institutions, as, for example, the Combonian mission.
