CK CAPITAL PARTNERS & ASSOCIATES ACQUIRE OFFICE BUILDING,
STATIONSSTRAAT 101-119, AMERSFOORT
Amsterdam, 17 of October 2014 – Amersfoort Fonds GmbH & Co. Vierte
Kommanditgesellschaft für geschlossene Immobilienfonds in den Niederlanden agreed on the
sale of the office building at Stationsstraat 101-119 in Amersfoort (the “Property”) to CK Capital
Partners B.V. and associates (“CK Capital”). The Property comprises a total of 21,769 sq m of
office space and provides 396 parking spaces.
The Property was constructed in 1999 and was purpose-built for KPN B.V. which remains the
principal tenant.
The Property is located in the central business district of Amersfoort which is walking distance
from the train station and the historic city center. Amersfoort is a major road and rail transport hub
within The Netherlands.
Linda Koster, CEO and Founding Partner of CK Capital, commented: “We are excited to have
