greenery of the Brianza area of the province of Milan, in a modern structure that also handles

FOUNDED ON THE PRINCIPLES OF FLEXIBILITY AND QUALITY > Comepi’s strategic
location has enabled it to grow over time by calling on the experience of a network of
companies specialized in supplying products and services of the highest skills and flexibility.
From its experience in mould construction as well as plastic moulding and metal die-casting,
in the early ’80s Comepi launched a new project for the construction of electro-mechanical
components and in 1985 adopted the EC trademark. Comepi’s first customers included key
Italian companies which were flanked by some of Europe’s leading industry players in the
industrial automation components field.

strategica ha permesso a Comepi di crescere negli anni avvalendosi dell’esperienza di una
rete di aziende specializzate nella fornitura di prodotti e servizi di altissima competenza e
flessibilità. Nata dall’esperienza maturata nella costruzione di stampi e nello stampaggio
di elementi in plastica e metallo, Comepi avvia, nei primi anni 80, un nuovo progetto per
la realizzazione di apparecchi elettromeccanici e già nel 1985 adotta il marchio CE. Tra i
primi clienti ci sono alcune aziende italiane di riferimento, alle quali, fin dall’inizio, si sono
affiancate alcune realtà europee leader nella componentistica per l’automazione industriale.

permis à Comepi de se développer au fil des années, en exploitant l’expérience garantie par
un réseau d’entreprises spécialisées dans la fourniture de produits et de services nécessitant
une compétence et une flexibilité optimales. Née de l’expérience acquise dans le domaine
de la construction de moules et dans le moulage d’éléments en plastique et en métal,
Comepi lance, au début des années 80, un nouveau projet pour la réalisation d’appareils
électromécaniques et, dès 1985, adopte la marque CE. Parmi les premiers clients figurent
quelques firmes italiennes de premier plan auxquelles, dès le début, sont venus s’ajouter
certains chefs de file européens dans le domaine des composants pour l’automation
industrielle.

strategischen Standorts und unterstützt von einem umfangreichen Netz von Firmen, die sich
auf die Lieferung von Produkten und Dienstleistungen höchster Kompetenz und Flexibilität
spezialisiert haben, konnte sich Comepi im Laufe der Jahre immer weiter vergrößern.
Gestützt auf seine langjährige Erfahrung in der Konstruktion von Gesenken sowie dem
Gesenkschmieden und Pressen von Kunststoff- und Metallelementen, startete Comepi in
den frühen 1980ern ein neues Projekt zur Herstellung von elektromechanischen Maschinen
und führte 1985 das CE Label ein. Unter den ersten Kunden finden sich zahlreiche bekannte
italienische Firmen wieder, unter ihnen auch einige europäische Marktführer aus dem
Bereich der Bauteilproduktion für die industrielle Automatisierung.

automation for large lots and manual production for small orders. The automated processes
make use of production lines, designed and tailored to meet Comepi’s requirements and
production experience. Additionally, all processes are controlled by an efficient UNI EN ISO
9001:2008 certified quality system.

Grundprinzipien auf: der Automatisierung für große Losgrößen und der manuellen Arbeit

then upgraded to ISO 9001:2008, confirming the company’s policy of pursuing quality. The

LA RICERCA DEL MIGLIORAMENTO CONTINUO > Nel 1998 Comepi ha ottenuto la qualifica

controlling machinery and fixtures, Comepi offers an extensive range based on 4 complimentary
lines according to the sectors of application. These include electro-mechanical equipment
for applications in electric boards and industrial automation fields. 1) Command and control
units according to the “ø 22” standard, enclosures in thermoplastic, aluminium and stainless
steel. 2) Limit switches of various shapes and electrical characteristics. 3) Safety limit
switches. 4) Foot switches with thermoplastic body and die-cast aluminium.
GAMMA E TIPOLOGIA > Nel panorama degli apparecchi elettromeccanici destinati al
comando ed al controllo di macchine ed impianti, Comepi offre una gamma articolata su
4 linee complementari per settori di applicazione. Si tratta di apparecchi elettromeccanici
destinati al settore della quadristica e dell’automazione industriale.1) Unità di comando e di
controllo secondo lo standard ø 22, contenitori in materiale termoplastico, in alluminio ed

GAMME ET TYPOLOGIE > Dans le panorama des appareils électromécaniques destinés
à la commande et au contrôle de machines et d’installations, Comepi offre une gamme
fractionnée en 4 lignes complémentaires par secteurs d’application. Il s’agit d’appareils
électromécaniques destinés au secteur des tableaux électriques et de l’automatisation
industrielle. 1) Unité de commande et de contrôle conformément au standard ø 22, boîtiers
en matériau thermoplastique, en aluminium et en acier inox. 2) Interrupteurs de fin de course
sous des formes multiples. 3) Interrupteurs de fin de course de sécurité. 4) Interrupteurs à
pédale avec corps en matériau thermoplastique et aluminium moulé sous pression.

STEUERUNGS- UND KONTROLLEINHEIT > Für den großen Bereich der
Benutzerschnittstellen (HMI) stellt Comepi eine mannigfaltige Produktpalette her, die
von Einfachpuls-Schaltern über Pilztaster für verschiedene Sicherheitsanwendungen bis
hin zu Kontrollleuchten für Schalter wie z.B. Joysticks etc. reichen. Sie werden in zwei
Hauptausführungen hergestellt: eine Produktserie aus Metall und eine thermoplastische
Serie, die gemeinsam alle nur erdenklichen Anforderungen des Marktes erfüllen. Die
Behälter von Comepi werden aus thermoplastischen Materialien, Aluminium und Edelstahl

PS and PD foot switches series, with plastic and aluminium casings, are ideal for harsher
applications. The MP series of mini foot switches with plastic casings are used in situations
that require small sizes. The Comepi foot switches can be used on folding and shearing
machines, machine tools, wrapping machines, riveting presses, etc. Different operation
formats are available and include: free lever movement, lever movement subordinated to
the disengagement of the safety device, and with a latch. Every application finds a solution
backed up by the Comepi guarantee of quality.
INTERRUTTORI A PEDALE > In questo settore Comepi produce le famiglie di prodotti PS,
PD e MP. Gli interruttori a pedale serie PS e PD, con custodia in tecnopolimero e alluminio,
sono ideali per le applicazioni più gravose. La serie di mini interruttori a pedale MP, con
custodia in tecnopolimero, è utilizzata dove vengono richieste dimensioni ridotte. Gli
interruttori a pedale Comepi sono richiesti per macchine operatrici, come piegatrici e cesoie,
macchine utensili, macchine per imballaggio, rivettatrici, ecc. Vengono prodotti in diverse
versioni operative, con movimento libero della leva, con movimento della leva subordinato
al disinnesto del dispositivo di sicurezza e con dispositivo di aggancio. Per ogni applicazione

opérationnelles, avec mouvement libre du levier, avec mouvement du levier subordonné

FUSSSCHALTER > In diesem Bereich produziert Comepi die Produktfamilien PS, PD und MP.
Die Fußschalter der Modellreihen PS und PD, mit einem Gehäuse aus Technopolymeren und
Aluminium, sind ideal für Anwendungen unter unwirtlichen oder erschwerten Bedingungen.
Die MP Modellreihe der Mini-Fußschalter mit einem Gehäuse aus Technopolymeren wird dort
eingesetzt, wo kompakte Abmessungen erforderlich sind. Die Fußschalter von Comepi werden
für technische Maschinen benötigt, wie Biege- und Schneidemaschinen, Werkzeugmaschinen,
Verpackungsmaschinen, Nietmaschinen etc. Sie werden in unterschiedlichen
Betriebsausführungen hergestellt, mit frei beweglichem Hebel, mit an die Abschaltung der
Sicherheitsvorrichtung gekoppelter Beweglichkeit sowie mit Einrastvorrichtung. Für jede
