Scroll down the list to find your company and click “Groups” link. ©2014 Matrix Achievement Group, LLC 6 [SKILL MASTER USER’S GUIDE] Click “Add New Group” link. Type in the name of the group or territory. Ex: Memphis -­‐ Smith Select the Leader from the names in the drop down box. If the leader’s name does not appear, you must first add the person as a user. (See instructions for adding users on pg. 7.) Click “Save” button. ©2014 Matrix Achievement Group, LLC [SKILL MASTER USER’S GUIDE] 7 Adding New Users To get to “Groups” screen: • Sign in to MX Sales Coach as Company A dmin. • Click on “Company.” • When you find your company, click on “Group.” Click “Add New User to Group” link. •

Type in all applicable information about the new user. If this user will also be the group leader, make sure to check “Is Leader” box. If this user is the leader and needs to be hidden from the Leaderboard, click “Hide from Skillmaster Leaderboard check box. From the dropdown menu, select the group the user should now be associated with. If you are creating an entirely new topic, click “Add New Topic.” Ex: Negotiation Skills If you are simply creating a new scenario (Ex: Price is too high) within an existing topic (Ex: Negotiation Skills), click “edit” & proceed to instructions for adding a new scenario. Creating a new topic Type in a title for the new topic. Typing in a description of the topic is optional. Type in a title for the new scenario. Type in information/scripting you want the user to see prior to responding to the video. • Select “Script” if user can record a submission multiple times. • Select “Rapid fire” if only one recording is allowed. Check the “Active” box & click “Save.” ©2014 Matrix Achievement Group, LLC 16 [SKILL MASTER USER’S GUIDE] Adding review questions to a scenario • Type in the first scoring criteria (Ex: Did rep acknowledge cost is an issue?) and click “Add.” • Continue this process until all criteria have been added. Recording a video scenario Log on as Company Administrator. Must be done on the iPad Click “Skill Builder” button. Click on topic where new scenario is located. ©2014 Matrix Achievement Group, LLC [SKILL MASTER USER’S GUIDE] 17 Click on the scenario on which you want to record a new video. • Click “Record Scenario Introduction Video” to record directly in the app. • Click “Upload Scenario Introduction Video” if video file already exists on the iPad. ©2014 Matrix Achievement Group, LLC 18 [SKILL MASTER USER’S GUIDE] Recording in the app If you are not visible on the screen, click camera icon. • Click red button once to record scenario. • Click red button a second time to stop recording. • Recording may be up to 60 seconds. Click white arrow to review your recording. If you want to record the scenario a second time, click “Retake.” Retake Use Video • If you are happy with your video, click “Use Video.” • You will be prompted by the system that it will take some time (approx. 15 min.) for the video to be processed & posted. Uploading from the iPad • Once you find the video you want to upload, click “Use.” • You will be prompted by the system that it will take some time (approx. 15 min.) for the video to be processed & posted. Log on as a User. Click on topic where new scenario is located. Click the red “Respond” button when you are ready to begin. Click “Continue” to proceed to video screen. Log on as m entor/ manager. Click the red numbered box to pull up alerts related to your team. Click the white arrow to view the video. Recording a coaching response to a video submission Click “Save Score” button. To be eligible as a best practice, video must have been scored by a manager/mentor. Make sure you are logged in as a company administrator. Find the appropriate topic and click “Edit” to access scenarios. The process for creating an announcement is almost identical to creating and recording a scenario. • Log in as company administrator. • Click the “Announcements” tab. Click “Add New Announcement” button. Type in a title for the new announcement. Type in the content of the new announcement. •

Type in event date and time. Type in title of the event. Write a description of the event to appear on the calendar. Click “Active” checkbox. To edit or add information, click in the appropriate gray box and type in new information. Click on the red box in the corner of the Skill Builder icon to open the alert.
