1. Iran Offshore Projects Outlook is a closed seminar to which a limited number of
selected attendees is invited to engage in focused meetings with relevant stakeholders
and to explore networking possibilities.
2. The seminar venue is located in a historic castle in the immediate vicinity of The
Hague, within the unique surroundings of “Landgoed De Wittenburg” in Wassenaar.
3. The seminar will be organised by CBC Oil & Gas and by Business and Knowledge Center
Holland B.V. – BusiNow -, with permission and support of the Embassy of the Islamic
Republic of Iran.
4. The seminar will be held on October 27th and 28th, 2015. In addition to the seminar,
CBC Oil & Gas and BusiNow will prepare and organise exclusive Sponsor services
on October 29th and 30th 2015, such as highly specialised closed workshops,
colloquiums, network events, shop- and site visits, etc..
5. This exclusive seminar only accommodates up to a limited number of highly
specialised Oil & Gas related participants. The selection, invitation and final
registration of participants will solely be executed by the organisers of the seminar,
whilst remaining in close contact with their esteemed Supporters and Sponsors of
the seminar. Iranian and European companies, who are selected and received an
invitation, should introduce their representatives (maximum 2 persons) by completing
the application form and submitting this to [email protected] before September
10th, 2015. Any additional attendees would cost 2.800 Euro per person. Organisers
reserve the right to not finalise participants’ registration, when the limited number of
maximum participants has been reached. Organisers will finalise registration in order
of importance and order of signing up.
6. A copy of attendee’s passport with a minimum of 6 months validity should be submitted
along with the application form.
7. The invitees are welcome to make use of the sponsorship opportunities and other
services as further presented.
8. Those companies, who are interested in giving a presentation, are requested to inform
the organisers accordingly by using the application form. Only a limited number of
highly specialised speakers will get the opportunity to present. Organisers reserve
exclusive rights to decide which speaker will present. This selection will be based
on the value of the proposed presentations in respect of seminar goals and level of
relevance. Organisers will contact interested and notified speakers after final seminar
registration.
9. Organisers could assist the guests in booking their hotel accommodation.
Accommodation and transportation are at the attendees’ own expenses; key speakers
form an exception to this. Participants will receive further details on this in due time.

10. The two-day talks include a serie of presentations and opportunities for one-on-one
discussions and secluded negotiations.
11. Program will start on Tuesday October 27th and will be held from 8:30 AM until 5:00
PM, as well as on Wednesday October 28th from 8:30AM until 5:00 PM.
12. The detailed agenda will be distributed by email two weeks prior to the seminar date.
13. An overview of companies from Iran that are invited and expected to participate in the
seminar is demonstrated in one of the next pages. If you have interest in meeting any
company in particular in this field during the event, please do recommend accordingly
to the organisers.
14. For the particular purpose of secluded meetings, several private meeting rooms will be
available adjacent to the main hall of the venue in the afternoon (following conclusion
of the respective seminar day programs). Organisers will inform participants in more
detail in due time.

Due to sponsor requests and considering the importance of common interests after lifting the embargo on
Iran, CBC Oil & Gas and BusiNow decided to offer you additional valuable seminar sponsor services.
All services will be prepared in accordance with demands and requirements, which are to be further expressed
by seminar-sponsors/participants. After conclusion of the seminar on 27 and 28 October, organisers will
prepare and offer you the following services on October 29th and 30th, including but not limited to:
1. GENERAL
All services will be prepared in accordance with requirements of applicable sponsors/participants and
will be finalised not earlier than two weeks prior to the seminar starting date. After finalising registration
you will be informed in more detail regarding these additional services; we also request your kind
cooperation in reaching the common valuable goals of the seminar. Pre-seminar meetings are likely to
take place in the phase preceding the actual seminar.
2. WORKSHOPS AND COLLOQUIUMS
On behalf of interested sponsors/participants, CBC Oil & Gas and BusiNow will prepare separate
specialised meetings in accordance with the seminar goals and objectives, such as workshops and

colloquiums. Special meetings will be organised for separate streams, such as financial matters, funding
guaranteeing insurance, etc. but also regulation related to compliance issues and furthermore, oil fields
matters, exploration, development and operating etc. (see page 3 of this brochure).
3. SHOP AND SITE VISITS
The organisers are pleased to offer you separate visits to Rotterdam and Zeeland seaports and to (Dutch)
sponsor shops and facilities. We will inform you on a frequent basis about these additional possibilities
after your final registration.
4. COSTS OF REGISTRATION AND SERVICES
Costs of registration seminar, sponsorship and other organisers’ services are mentioned in the
registration form or will be determined after final registration. The details of the 3rd and the 4th days

of the Outlook and the related fees will be announced later.

The Iran Offshore Projects Outlook 2015 Seminar forms a unique opportunity for
companies to reinforce their proposition and gain exposure among the industry’s
leading players, by becoming a sponsor.
1. GENERAL
Since the new contractual agreements to negotioate between NIOC and major oil players such
as Shell, Total and others will take place in order to develop the Iran oil fields projects, the
contractors must also form their partnerships between both European and Iranian stakeholders.
Focused on a high-level, the event will provide an excellent platform to initiate new business
relationships. The seminar’s exclusive and intimate setting provides sponsors with an ideal

2. ENTRANCE FEE
All participants, except speakers and some selected Iranian guests, will be charged by organisers
for visiting the seminar. Invoicing will take place after correct and completed registration.
Registrations will be final after receiving participants’ payments on one of organisers’ bank
accounts.
3. SPONSORSHIPS
3.1 Types of Sponsors
Participants
are
invited
to
become
one
of
the
seminar’s
sponsors.
Organisers agreed with Iranian Bank Mellat to be one of the main-sponsors.
Main-sponsorship will be strictly limited to only a few pre-selected companies.
Numbers of normal sponsors out of final registered seminar participants will not be limited.

3.2 Main-sponsors
Organisers selected a limited number of esteemed participants to act as a main-sponsor.
Main-sponsors are invited to join the seminar and other organisers’ related services for free.
The organisers will ensure that all main-sponsors’ interests will be facilitated and will
be promoted in accordance with the main-sponsorship agreement and conditions.
3.3 Sponsors
Sponsorship engagement will give sponsors rights to register for e.g.:
a) Joining of additional organisers’ services, during October 29th and 30th, 2015
b) Advertising in seminar program brochure.
c) Presenting sponsor’s company during networking events, by placing promotion stands in
networking rooms and/or at networking areas.
d) Company presentation during seminar.
e)Etc.
All participants will be fully informed about sponsor possibilities and conditions after final
registration seminar has taken place.

All participants will be charged for entrance fees,
except for main-sponsors, selected speakers and some
selected Iranian guests.
Participants will also have rights to register for additional
organisers’ services on October 29th and 30th, 2015.
However, registered sponsors will be given higher priority to limited
participation.
All rights of participants, sponsors and main-sponsors are
limited to relevant conditions, as contractually agreed with the organisers.
