De nuevo queremos informarles sobre las
novedades en Son Gual y en Mallorca.
Las últimas semanas nos han ofrecido un
tiempo casi veraniego en la isla, y por esta
razón la temporada de otoño en Son Gual ha
sido buenísima.
El campo de Son Gual volvió a ser el anfitrión
de numerosos torneos de golf, entre ellos
destacaron el torneo privado de la cadena
hotelera mallorquina de Son Melià, con 120
participantes, o el torneo de la empresa Pinmar, en el cual más de 500 invitados disfrutaron de tres jornadas del golf y diversión.
La novedad de este otoño en Son Gual es el
nuevo sistema GPS que hemos instalado en la
mitad de los buggies. Este moderno sistema
no sólo les facilitará las distancias exactas,
sino además les ofrecerá la posibilidad de encargar pedidos de comida y bebidas que serán servidos posteriormente en el recorrido
del campo. Está previsto instalar el sistema
GPS en todos los buggies para la primavera
del 2012.
Igualmente, para la primavera del 2012 hemos planificado introducir el nuevo y sofisticado método de aprendizaje y entrenamiento
de logicalgolf en nuestra academia. ¡Anímese
a conocerlo!

of the latest news on Son Gual and Mallorca as a whole.
Die Herbsaison auf der Insel ist wettermäßig
bestens verlaufen und so auch der Spielbetrieb auf unserer Anlage.
Over recent weeks the weather on the island has been almost summery, as a result
of which the autumn season at Son Gual has
been excellent.
Wir waren wieder Veranstaltungsort einiger
Turniere. Highlights waren hier zum einen
das Privatturnier der mallorquinischen Hotelkette Sol Melia mit 120 Teilnehmern und
zum anderen das
3-tägige Turnier der Firma Pinmar mit mehr
als 500 Spielern.
Eine Neuheit in diesem Herbst in Son Gual
ist das GPS-System, dass wir in die Hälfte
unserer Buggies installiert haben. Hierüber erhalten Sie nicht nur die genauesten
Entfernungsangaben, sondern können sich
auch einen Snack und Getränke auf den Platz
bestellen. Geplant ist bis Frühjahr 2012 die
Ausstattung aller Buggies.
Desweitern haben wir mit unserer Golfschule
logicalgolf eine Weltneuheit in Sachen Golftraining geplant. Die Umsetzung wird spätestens im Frühjahr 2012 erfolgen. Seien Sie
gespannt!
The Son Gual course once again hosted numerous golf tournaments, outstandingly the
private tournament of the Mallorcan hotel
chain, Son Melià, with 120 participants, or
the tournament of the company Pinmar, during which over 500 guests enjoyed three
days of golf and fun.
This autumn the novelty at Son Gual is the

Son Gual? Son Gual se construyó con la idea
de establecer nuevos estándares de golf en
Mallorca. Es el club de golf privado con mejor mantenimiento de los que se encuentran
en la isla. El diseño del campo es muy diversificado y constituye además un desafío para
cualquier tipo de jugador. Cualquier amante

recomiendo a cualquier golfista a quien le
encante el golf que se haga socio de Golf Son

invitados. Dentro de unos años Son Gual será

Golf Son Gual ha estrenado recientemente
un nuevo sistema GPS en sus buggys, una revolucionaria herramienta para hacer más fácil la
vida del jugador, con una serie de aplicaciones
que dejarán a más de uno con la boca abierta.
Este sistema consta de una pantalla digital
táctil ubicada en el interior del buggy. Entre
otras posibilidades, el nuevo GPS Navigation
System permite:
Completar la tarjeta del recorrido (algo que
hasta ahora se apuntaba manualmente). Incluso puedes enviarla por email a quien tú
quieras.
Visualización completa del campo y de cada
hoyo, incluso del green, siempre desde la posición donde se halla el buggy. Aparecen las
distancias exactas en metros desde el buggy
hasta el hoyo.
Puedes pedir cualquier cosa que necesites a
lo largo del recorrido, o informar de cualquier
problema que te haya sucedido.
El Marshall puede controlar todos los buggys que hay en el campo desde su propia
pantalla, y así mandar mensajes a los distintos jugadores sin necesidad de desplazarse
hasta su posición.
El propio sistema, mediante un sistema de voz,
te da recomendaciones sobre cómo jugar cada
hoyo (luego el jugador las sigue o no).
Se puede pedir comida del restaurante desde la propia pantalla, en la que aparecen los
diferentes platos y bebidas que se ofrecen en
la carta. Incluso se puede pedir, si estas en
el hoyo 4 por ejemplo, que en 20 minutos te
traigan el pedido a la salida del hoyo 5.
El propio club puede informar a los jugadores de diferentes ofertas de la tienda Pro
Shop, por ejemplo, o de las condiciones climáticas que se avecinan durante los próximos
minutos u horas, etc.
Existen muchas otras posibilidades y aplicaciones, que funcionan gracias a un sistema
guiado por 12 satélites que ya ha revolucionado el mundo del golf.

Der Marshall kontrolliert alle Buggys auf
dem Platz über einen eigenen Bildschirm
und kann Nachrichten an die Spieler verschicken, ohne selbst seinen Standort zu
verlassen.
Mittels Audiosystem erhält der Spieler
Tipps zu jedem Loch, denen er je nach Gusto folgen kann
Bestellungen für das Restaurant: auf dem
Bildschirm kann die Getränke- und Speisekarte abgerufen werden. Befindet sich der
Spieler z.B. an Loch 4, so wird die Bestellung binnen 20 Minuten an Loch 5 serviert.
Informationen des Clubs für die Spieler,

Das GPS-System funktioniert über eine

The club can use the system to inform players of the different special offers in the Pro
Shop, for example, or the weather conditions for the coming minutes or hours, etc.

facilities, Golf Son Gual also stands out

At the end of May Rolex and Relojería Alemana held their traditional golf tournament
on the Son Gual course. A hundred or so
amateur players and customers who are enthusiasts of this sport enjoyed a pleasant day
culminating in the awarding of various prizes, including several Rolex models which lit
up the eyes of the winners.

cuyo fin es la recaudación de fondos destinados a obras de caridad. Además de pasar
una amena jornada jugando al golf, la gala

respuesta se halla en el sistema de osmosis
inversa que está instalado en los propios terrenos del club. Este complejísimo sistema
cuesta alrededor de tres millones de euros, y
se encarga de transformar el agua que viene
de las depuradoras de la calle en agua potable, perfecta para “alimentar” la hierba tipo
ray grass, que es la que tiene este campo.
Carles Marco, técnico de depuración de
aguas y osmosis, se dedica exclusivamente
a que este sistema funcione correctamente y
que nutra de manera satisfactoria al campo.
“Al ser un campo de golf estamos obligados a

A las 7 horas llega a Son Gual, comprueba

de las membranas, etc. Una vez finalizado
todo el proceso de depuración, el agua va
directamente a los siete lagos de los que
consta el campo, y de ahí sube a presión
por los más de 1.800 aspersores que riegan la instalación por completo. Para regar
el campo a diario se emplean unos 1.500
metros cúbicos de agua.
A diferencia de la hierba tipo bermuda, presente en casi todos los campos de Mallorca
y más fácil de mantener ya que acepta toda
el agua si bien en invierno cambia a un color amarillento, la ray grass es una hierba
de climas fríos que requiere mucho más
cuidado, sobre todo en verano, para lucir
perfecta todo el año. Algo para lo que es
decisivo el sistema de osmosis inversa empleado en Son Gual.

Farbe annimmt, ist der Raygrass ein Rasentyp für kältere Regionen und braucht vor
allem im Sommer mehr Pflege für ein perfektes Aussehen. Um dies zu erreichen ist das
System der Umkehrosmose auf Son Gual von
entscheidendem Vorteil.

maintain as it accepts all kinds of water,
even though it turns a yellowish colour in
winter, ray grass comes from colder climates and requires much more care, especially
in summer, if it is to look perfect all year

1 berenjena, 12 tomates cherry rama,
8 champiñones, 8 espárragos verdes, 1
pimiento rojo, 1 pimiento amarillo, 1 pimiento verde italiano, 2 dl aceite de oliva, Sal, Ramita de romero.
ZUTATEN:
1 grüne Zucchini, 500 gr Ziegenkäse (Rolle), 2 Tl hausgemachte Tomatensoβe, 1
Aubergine, 12 Cherry-Strauchtomaten, 8
Champignons, 8 grüne Spargel, je 1 rote
und gelbe Paprikaschote, 1 italienischen
Gemüsepaprika, 2 dl Olivenöl, Salz, 1 Rosmarinzweiglein.
INGREDIENTS:
1 green courgette, 500 gr. goat’s cheese
roulade, 2 dl. Homemade tomato sauce,
1 aubergine, 12 vine cherry tomatoes,
8 mushrooms, 8 green asparagus, 1 red
pepper, 1 yellow pepper, 1 Italian green
pepper, 2 dl. olive oil salt, a sprig of
rosemary.
INGREDIENTES:
320 gr de atún, 30 gr de cebollino, 1 dl salsa
de soja, 150 gr de escarola, 25 gr jengibre
de vinagre, 1 dl aceite de sésamo, 100 gr de
sake, 100 gr de mirin, 150 gr de azúcar, 330
gr de miso, pimienta negra.
ZUTATEN:
320 g Thunfisch, 30 g Schnittlauch, 1 Tl
Sojasoβe, 150 g Endivie, 25 g in Essig eingelegter Ingwer, 1 dl Sesamöl, 100 g Sake, 100
Mirin-Gewürz, 150 g Zucker, 330 g Misopaste, schwarzer Pfeffer.
INGREDIENTS:
320 gr. tuna, 30 gr. chives, 1 dl. Soy sauce, 150 gr. curly lettuce, 25 gr. ginger vinegar, 1 dl. sesame oil, 100 gr. sake, 100
gr. mirin, 150 gr. sugar, 330 gr. miso,
black pepper.
PREPARACIÓN:
Lavar y cortar las verduras, los calabacines
en rodajas, los pimientos en cuadrados de
medida parecida a los calabacines. Las berenjenas se cortan en rodajas y se dejan con
un poquito de sal para que pierdan agua,
aproximadamente una hora. En la plancha
marcamos las verduras por ambos lados.
Hacemos lo mismo con el queso, y colocamos todo en un aro de acero haciendo capas con el queso y las verduras, terminando
con el queso encima.

damit das Wasser austritt. Gemüse und
Käse von beiden Seiten auf dem Elektrogrill braten. Danach abwechselnd Gemüse
und Käse schichten und in einem Stahlring anordnen, dabei mit einer Schicht
Käse abschlieβen.
PREPARATION:
Wash and chop the vegetables: slice the
courgettes, dice the peppers in pieces similar in size to the courgette slices. Slice the
aubergines, sprinkle a little salt on them
and leave them for approximately to draw
out the water. Seal the vegetables on both
sides on the griddle. Do the same with the
cheese, and then place everything into a
ring mould, forming layers with the cheese
and the vegetables and ending up with the
cheese on top.
PREPARACIÓN:
Preparar el marinado de miso, verter en una
olla el sake, el mirin y el azúcar. Poner al fuego y dejar que rompa a hervir para que el azúcar se disuelva bien, y para que se evapore
el alcohol del sake. Una vez hecho, sacar del
fuego y añadir la pasta del miso. Con ayuda
de una varilla mover bien hasta conseguir
una pasta homogénea. Dejar enfriar.
Picamos con un cuchillo el atún y lo ponemos
en un bol. Picamos el cebollino y lo añadimos
al atún, incorporamos el aceite de sésamo, la
soja y pimienta negra y mezclamos todo bien.

Den Thunfisch in kleine Stücke schneiden
und in eine Schüssel geben. Schnittlauch
hacken und zum Thunfisch geben; nach und
nach Sesamöl, Sojasoβe und schwarzen Pfeffer zufügen und alles gut durchmischen.

Prepare the miso marinade: pour the sake,
the mirin and the sugar into a saucepan. Place over the heat and bring to the boil so that
the sugar dissolves properly and the alcohol
from the sake evaporates. Afterwards, remove from the heat and add the miso paste. Stir
well with the help of a whisk until you have a
smooth paste. Leave to cool.
Chop up the tuna with a knife and place in
a bowl. Chop the chives and add to the tuna.
Add the sesame oil, soy sauce and black pepper and mix it all together well.

Ponemos en el fondo del plato un poco de
salsa de tomate casera, los tomatitos, champiñones y espárragos, colocamos el milhojas en el centro del plato y terminamos con
un chorrito de aceite de oliva y unas ramitas de romero.

Desde que a mediados del siglo pasado se
inició el boom del turismo a nivel mundial, Mallorca ha sido el destino preferido de millones de viajeros de todas las
latitudes, que no sólo vienen a la isla para
disfrutar del sol y la playa, un reclamo de
por sí más que suficiente, sino también de la
gran oferta de actividades culturales, deportivas y de ocio que se le brindan. El Consell
de Mallorca impulsa y promociona muchas
de estas actividades con la intención de acercar los grandes tesoros de nuestra tierra a
los turistas que nos visitan durante todas las

CULTURA. La Catedral, el Castillo de Bellver,
