His practice focuses on M&A transactions, Private Equity or Venture Capital investments and distressed investments. Furthermore, Jan-­‐Philipp has wide experience in the structuring of corporations and partnerships and in the advice related to general corporate and insolvency law matters. He speaks German and English. Prior to joining VOIGT WUNSCH HOLLER law partnership Jan-­‐Philipp has worked for the international law firm Watson, Farley & Williams LLP in its corporate/energy group. He was, inter alia, involved in projects related to the purchase of offshore wind farms located in Germany or abroad, real estate portfolios as well as the purchase and the structuring of medium sized companies for a private investment club.
