Wöchentliche Aufenthalte von Samstag bis Samstag.
Die Chalets sind beziehbar am Ankunftstag ab 15.00 Uhr und
sollen frei sein am Abfahrtstag bis 9.00 Uhr. Der Restbetrag soll
bei der Ankunft bezahlt werden. Auch ist dann ein Betrag von
€ 100,00 in BAR als Kaution hinter zu legen. Die Kaution wird vor
der Abreise voll zurückerstatten, wenn die Wohnung in tadellosem
Zustand übergeben wird und die Stromrechnung beglichen ist.
Andernfalls werden die Kosten von der Kaution einbehalten.
Strom ist nicht einbegriffen. Am An- und Abreisetag wird
der Stromzähler gelesen und mit 0,25 p/Kwh berechnet. Die
Endreinigungskosten betragen € 30,00 pro Chalet und sind
separat zu bezahlen am Anreisetag. Jeder Chalet verfügt über eine
Nasszelle (Waschbecken, Dusche, Toilette und Bidet), Wohnküche,
Schlafzimmer und Veranda. Die chalets sind völlig möbliert
und ausgestattet mit: T.V. Sat., Heizung/Klimaanlage, kaltes und
warmes Wasser, Barbecue, Kissen, Decken, und Wäscheständer.
Wäsche pro Person/Bett mit Wechsel auf Anfrage einmal pro
Woche. Wäsche: Bett-Tücher, Bezug, große und kleine Handtuch
pro Person/Bett. Tiere sind in den Chalets nicht erlaubt. Es ist nicht
erlaubt mehr Personen ins Chalet unter zu bringen als zugelassen
und genehmigt von die Geschäftsführung. Es gibt kein Rabat oder
Abzug falls weniger Personen die Wohnung benützen.

Conditions Chalet
The chalets are rented for weekly periods from Saturday to
Saturday. They are available from 15.00 pm on the day of arrival
to 9.00 am on the day of departure. The rest amount of the whole
invoice should be paid upon arrival, together with a security deposit of € 100,00 in CASH. The deposit will be returned in full on
departure, provided the Chalet is left in a clean and orderly manner and the power charges have been paid. Otherwise the relative
expenses will be deducted.
Power is not inlcuded in the daily rental price. The electric meter
is read upon arrival and prior to departure and then invoiced at
€ 0,25 p/Kwh. A fee of € 30,00 is charged for the final cleaning
and should be paid separately on arrival.
Each Chalet has its own bathroom (shower, toilet, bidet and wash
basin), kitchen, bedrooms and a veranda. The Chalets are fully
furnished, and decked with Satellite T.V., Air conditioning/Heating,
hot and cold water, B-B-Q, Clothes dryer stand, blankets, sheets
and towelling. Bed linen and towels, per person/bed is included
and is changed on request once a week. Linen comprises: sheets
and pillow cases, large & small towels, per person. Pets are not
allowed in the Chalets.
It is not allowed to have more persons per Chalet than permitted and
authorized by the Management. There is no discount applicable in
the event of less persons arriving than originally booked.

Il ritardato rilascio del campeggio prevede un ulteriore
addebito di un giorno.
Tutti gli ospiti devono essere muniti di documento
d’identità.
Per soggiorni di 2 settimane consecutive in bassa e media
stagione sconto del 10%. (escluso chalet).
Dalle ore 13.00 alle ore 15.00 e dalle ore 23.00 alle ore
07.00 sarà osservato il massimo silenzio.

Regolamento Chalet
Gli chalets vengono affittati per periodi
settimanali, da sabato a sabato e verranno consegnati
entro le ore 15.00 del giorno di arrivo, per essere
riconsegnati tassativamente entro le ore 9.00 del giorno
di partenza. Il saldo del soggiorno dovrà avvenire
all’arrivo, contemporaneamente alla formazione di
un deposito cauzionale di € 100,00 in contanti, che
verrà rimborsato al momento della partenza, salvo
conguaglio per rotture e/o consumi utenze.
All’inizio di ogni soggiorno sono da pagare extra le
spese di pulizia che ammontano a € 30,00 per ogni
tipologia di chalet. L’energia elettrica sarà pagata
a consuntivo (€ 0,25 p/Kwh) previa lettura del
contatore.
È vietato ospitare all’interno degli chalet un numero
di persone superiore a quello consentito e autorizzato
dalla direzione. Non sono ammessi animali.
Non sono previsti sconti e/o deduzioni in caso di
mancato utilizzo dei posti letto assegnati.
Gli chalets sono completamente arredati e dotati di:
TV (satellitare), stoviglie, set di biancheria* per numero
di pax, cuscini, coperte, stendino, riscaldamento /AC,
acqua calda e barbecue.

1 federa, 1 telo bagno,
1 asciugamano viso
per ogni persona
con un cambio a
richiesta una volta
alla settimana.
