Die Eigentumsurkunde steht demjenigen zu, der Eigentümer des
Pferdes i.S. des BGB ist und wird erstmalig an denjenigen
ausgegeben, für den das Fohlen zur Identifikation und Registrierung
vorgestelltwird, bzw. der die Ausstellung des Pferdepasses erstmalig
beantragt hat. Sie ist daher bei Veraufierung des Pferdes zusammen
mit dem ebenfalls zum Pferd gehörigen Pferdepass dem neuen
Eigentümer zu übergeben und bei Tod des Tieres an den
ausstellenden Verband zurückzugeben. Bei Verlust dieser Urkunde ist
ausschlieftlich der ausstellende Verband berechtigt, eine als
ZweitschriftgekennzeichneteErsatzurkundeauszustellen.
Bitte diese Urkundegetrenntvon dem Pferdepass aufbewahren!
The person is entitled to the Certificate of Ownership is the owner of
the horse as defmed by the BGB (German Civil Code) and will be
handed out for the first time to the person, that presents the foal for
Identification and registration or who has applied for a horse
passport to be issued for the first time. In case of sale, it must be
handed over to the new owner together with the horse passport. In
case of death of the horse, it must be handed over to the issuing
association. In case of loss of this certificate, only the issuing
association is authorized to issue a replacement which shall be
marked as a duplicate.
Please keep this certificate of owner separately from the horse
passport!
L'acte de prophéte reviente a la personne qui est propriétaire du
cheval, comme defini par Ie Code civil "BGB" et il est délivré pour la
première fois a la personne qui présente Ie poulain pour
l'identification et l'enregistrement ou bien la personne qui a fait une
demande de passport du cheval pour la première fois. C'est
pourquoi, en cas de vente du cheval, il doit être remis avec Ie
passeport au nouveau propriétaire. En cas de mort du cheval, il doit
être redonné a Tassociation délivrante. En cas de perte de eet acte,
seulement l'association délivrante a Ie droit de delivrer un acte de
remplacement, marqué comme duplicata.
Cet acte de propriété doit être gardé séparément du passeport du
cheval.
