Bestimmungsgemäße Verwendung:
Die „Funktionseinheit für Natursteinplatten” ist geeignet für den flächenbündigen
Einbau von Betätigungsplatten mit individuell eingelegtem, bauseitig bereitgestelltem
Naturstein. Die Verwendung ist möglich bei Viega UP-Spülkästen der Viega-Vorwand­
systeme

Montagevoraussetzungen
Es ist ein Steptec-, Viegaswift- oder Viega Eco Plus-Spülkasten installiert. Für den Einbau des
mitgelieferten fliesenbündigen Einbaurahmens ist die separat beigefügte Gebrauchsanleitung
520 152 zu beachten.
Hinweise
•• Die Montage des fliesenbündigen Einbaurahmens sollte zwischen Installateur und Fliesenleger abgestimmt werden
•• Beide Gebrauchsanleitungen sind dem Fliesenleger zur Verfügung zu stellen
•• Haftreiniger und Kleber der Fa. Pactan sind nicht Lieferumfang und müssen gesondert im
Fachhandel bestellt werden
•• Natursteinplatte lt. Maßzeichnung zuschneiden, Stärke der Platte min. 4 mm – max. 4,5 mm!
Montageschritte
Die zugeschnittenen Natursteinplatten werden in die Aufnahmen der Betätigungsplatte
geklebt. Für Haftreiniger und Spezialkleber sind die Gebrauchsanleitungen der Fa. Pactan zu
beachten.
 Natursteinplatten lt. Maßskizze zuschneiden – Toleranzen und Stärke der Platte beachten!
 Vergewissern, dass die Kunststoff-Oberflächen sauber, trocken und fettfrei sind.
 „Pactan-Haftreiniger 14” nur auf die zu beklebenden Kunststoffoberflächen auftragen
– nicht auf den Stein! Bei korrekter Anwendung hinterlässt der Haftreiniger einen dünnen
Film auf der Kunststoffoberfläche.
 Natursteinplatten mit „Pactan-Silikonkleber 7043” in die Aufnahme der Betätigungsplatte
kleben.
 Die Montage der Grundplatte erfolgt so, wie es in der beiliegenden Gebrauchsanleitung
518 914 beschrieben ist.
 Nach Aushärten des Klebers kann die Betätigungsplatte auf die Grundplatte aufgesteckt
werden.

Intended use:
The “function unit for natural stone panels” is suitable for the flush installation
of actuation panels with individually fitted natural stone that has been processed
on-site. It is possible to use it with the following Viega concealed cisterns from
the Viega pre-wall systems

Conditions for assembly
A Steptec-, Viegaswift- or Viega Eco Plus cistern has been installed. For the installation of
the mounting frame flush with the tiles, the instructions for use 520 152 (included separately)
must be observed.
Notice
•• The installation of the installation frame flush with the tiles should be discussed and agreed
upon by the installer and tile fitter
•• Both sets of instructions should be available to the tile fitter
•• Adhesive and Haftreiniger from Pactan are not included in the scope of delivery
and must be ordered separately from specialist suppliers
•• Cut natural stone panel according to dimensioned drawing: panel thickness min. 4 mm –
max. 4,5 mm!
Assembly steps
The pieces of natural stone cut to size are glued to the frame of the actuating panel. Please
observe the manufacturer’s instructions for use when dealing with Pactan or other specialist
adhesives.
 Cut natural stone panel according to dimensioned sketch – observe tolerance and
thickness of the panel!
 Make sure that the plastic surfaces are clean, dry and free from grease/fat.
 Apply “Pactan-Haftreiniger 14” only to the plastic surface – not to the stone!
If used correctly, it leaves a thin film on the plastic surface.
 Glue the natural stone panel into the frame of the actuating panel with
“Pacton silicon adhesive 7043”.
 The assembly of the base plate is carried out as described in instructions
for use 518 914.
 After the adhesive has dried, the actuating panel can be placed onto the base plate.
