Protaras Holiday Villa Greco's Grove is situated in a large plot of land in a quiet area in the heart of Cavo Greko
National Park and only few minutes' drive from the blue flag beaches of Konnos and fig Tree Bay.
The main house features an open plan living room area with a fully equipped kitchen, dining table, sofas, flat screen
TV and fire place. On the first floor there is the master bedroom with en-suite shower room and a double bed, a
family bathroom and two twin rooms. At the top of the house there is a roof garden that offers unobstructed sea
views of Protaras and Cape Greco.
The main feature of the house is the large plot of plan which offers a large swimming pool with sun-loungers,
tables, chairs, parasol and rattan sofa set. At the back of the house there is a fully grown field with peach, citrus,
water-melons, olive trees and much more. There is also a good BBQ set and a traditional clay-oven.
The whole house is fully air-conditioned and offers free Wi-Fi internet.
Greco's Grove can comfortably sleep 6 adults in beds and also offers two baby cots but free of charge. There is also
a separate bungalow with a further two bedrooms kitchen and bathroom so the villa can alternatively be rented
with use of the bungalow for 10 adults plus children in baby cots. Please enquire for rates for 10 persons.

No unaccompanied groups of under 25 years old are accepted.
In our efforts to save the environment and to keep costs down the prices include 250KWh of electricity per week if 3
bedrooms are booked or 350KWh if 5 bedrooms are booked. This amount is more than enough for normal use of
the house including air-conditioning. Additional electricity consumption is charged at Euro0.35/KWh.
For stays shorter than 5 nights there is a Cleaning Fee of Euro150 on the total amount of the booking over and
above the daily prices shown above. For 5-bedrooms option this amount is Euro250.
