Casa Alexandra is a large spacious villa, with beautiful views over San Antonio
Bay and the vineyards of Ibiza. Due to its location, the villa benefits from
amazing sunsets and views to the sea.Villa Alexandra sits on a hill, very close
to the infamous Pikes Hotel and is conveniently situated just a 5 minute drive
from San Antonio, 5 minute drive to some of the best beaches in Ibiza and a
10 minute drive to trendy San Rafael where the super clubs Privilege and
Amnesia are situated. Ibiza Town is just a 20 minute drive away with its
fabulous old town,shops and restaurants.
Casa Alexandra is situated in private grounds and has a wonderful courtyard
offering easy parking. The villa has a large reception room / dining room,
which is furnished to a good standard and has TV/DVD and stereo. Downstairs
there is a well equipped kitchen, a pantry, washroom and three double
bedrooms. There is also a good sized family bath/shower room. Upstairs, there
are three further bedrooms, two with double beds and an area that is
curtained off from the landing with twin beds, plus a further good sized
bathroom/shower room. From the upstairs terrace there are stunning views
over the valley and the sea. Outside, there is a good sized swimming pool,
with plenty of sun beds. From here you can relax and enjoy superb views.
Next to the pool is a purpose built BBQ and an open air kitchen and on the
other side of the courtyard is another country kitchen. This villa is ideal for
families and groups and has great views. It is conveniently located with easy
access to the whole island. One extra mattress is required to be able to sleep
13 people in this villa at a cost of £100
