I regret to appear somewhat hypercritical, but it appears to me
that Mr. Abraham has not taken sufficient trouble in editing his
work. However, in spite of its defects, Mr. Abraham's book is worth
the attention of the mountaineer, and, in conclusion:, I shpulq like
to express unstinted admiration of the very beautiful and wellchosen series of photographic illustrations which are beyond criticis~.
