45°C). Darauf achten, dass kein Wasser in die Schokolade gelangt. Abschließend im kalten Wasserbad auf 28-29°C abkühlen und mit flüssiger
Schokolade auf 30-32°C wieder anwärmen. Das Gebäck oder die Früchte sofort überziehen bzw. eintauchen. Melting and tempering Chocolate: Break

goes into the chocolate. Then cool down liquid chocolate to 28° - 29°C (82°F - 84°F) by placing the bowl in cold water and warm the liquid chocolate to
