Le prix comprend la location ou l’emplacement avec branchement électrique + eau pour une tente, une caravane ou un camping-car, un véhicule, la
participation à certaines activités sportives, culturelles, récréatives et l’accès aux diverses installations. Un bracelet de contrôle piéton vous permettra de
circuler dans le camping de jour et de nuit.
À la réservation : Versement de 25% du prix de la location à titre d’arrhes, plus 17 € de frais de réservation (assurance annulation facultative). Le numéro
de l’emplacement est attribué en fonction des disponibilités du planning. La direction se réserve le droit de modifier l’affectation de l’emplacement. Aucune
demande de modification n’est possible pendant le mois qui précède la date du début du séjour. Hors ce délai, les modifications demandées sont acceptées
en fonction des disponibilités du planning.
Tout séjour commencé est dû en totalité. Aucun remboursement ne sera effectué en cas d’arrivée tardive ou de départ anticipé. Le Centre Naturiste Oltra
se réserve le droit de relouer à la première demande.
Au-delà de 48 h après la date d’arrivée prévue et sans nouvelle du client, la réservation sera caduque. La direction du camping reprendra disposition de
l’emplacement/location pour de nouveaux clients. Aucun remboursement ne sera effectué (cf assurance annulation ci-dessous).
Emplacement : Le solde du séjour est à régler à votre arrivée au Centre Naturiste Oltra. L’emplacement doit être libéré avant 10 h. Les arrivées s’effectuent
à partir de 14 h. Le jour du départ, toute occupation de l’emplacement après 10 h entraîne la facturation d’une nuitée supplémentaire.
Locatif : Le solde du séjour est à régler 30 jours avant la date d’arrivée prévue. Jour d’arrivée : Les arrivées ont lieu à partir de 14 h. Lors d’arrivée après la
fermeture du bureau, la remise des clés s’effectue au poste de garde à l’entrée du camping jusqu’à 22 h.
Dépôt de garantie : Un dépôt de garantie de 200 € devra être déposé par le locataire à la remise des clés. Le locataire est responsable de l’inventaire de
son hébergement s’il n’a déposé aucune réclamation au bureau d’accueil dans les 24 h suivant son arrivée. Il sera responsable de tout manque ou casse
constaté au départ : la somme correspondante sera retenue sur le dépôt de garantie. Les hébergements doivent être laissés propres. Dans le cas contraire,
il sera retenu sur le dépôt de garantie un forfait de 50 € pour le ménage. Des coffres sont à la disposition dans les chalets 4 et 6 personnes ainsi que dans
les mobil-homes. La clé du coffre est sous la responsabilité du locataire qui devra régler la somme de 100 € en cas de perte. En cas de vent, le parasol
doit être obligatoirement fermé.
Jour de départ : Vous devez quitter votre location à partir de 10 h, après état des lieux et restitution de votre dépôt de garantie par le responsable locatif. Si
vous désirez partir avant 8 heures, l’état des lieux sera effectué sans votre présence, votre dépôt de garantie sera détruit ou renvoyé ; aucune réclamation
pour tout retrait ( frais de ménage, casse ou manque constatés) ne sera acceptée.
Assurance Annulation, RC, Assistance, Rapatriement : Nous vous proposons une assurance annulation multirisque, qui vous remboursera dans certains
cas : maladie grave ou accident, décès, dommage au véhicule... L’assurance couvre aussi les dommages causés lors de votre séjour ainsi que votre rapatriement en cas de sinistre. Le coût est de 10€ pour un séjour emplacement et 20€ pour le locatif. L’intégralité du contrat est disponible à notre accueil ou sur
notre site web. La gestion de ce contrat est confiée à Cabinet de BELEM, 1 allée des Ecureuils, 33185 Le Haillan. Tél 05 56 35 11 32 www.cabinetdebelem.fr.
The rental price includes the accommodation or emplacement with electricity and water, tent, caravan or camper van, one car, participation in certain sports,
culture and leisure activities as well as different equipments. A pedestrian control bracelet allowes you to walk arount in the camping by day and by night.
On booking : A prepayment of 25% of the whole amount plus17€ for reservation fees are due (cancellation insurance is optional).
The number of the accommodation/emplacement will be allocated according availabilities and planning. The camping managment reserves the right if
necessary to allocate another number. Within one month befor fixed date of arrival, the customer has no longer the possibility to ask for a modification.
These can be done earlier so far as the planning and availabilities allow to do so.
Any started stay is entirely due. There will be no refund in case of delayed arrival or advanced departure. The Centre Naturiste OLTRA reserves it¹s rights to
rent to another customer. Without information from the customer over 48 hours after the date of arrival the reservation will be invalid. The managment will
dispose of the accommodation/emplacement for another customer. No refund will be allowed (cf cancellation insurance, see below).
Emplacement : The remaining amount is due at arrival in the reception office. The camping pitch can be occupied from 2 pm. The day of departure it must
be free from 10 am. If it is still occupied after 10 am, another night will be due.
Accommodation : The remaining amount is due 30 days before confirmed arrival. The arrival will be possible from 2 pm. In case of arrival after closure of
the reception office the keys can be handed at the entrance gate to our naturist center until 10 pm.
Day of departure : You¹ll have to leave your accommodation from 10 am, after the final control and restitution of your security deposit. If you wish to leave
before 8 am the control will be done in your absence and the deposit (copy of CB) will be shredded. No complaint can be received in case a collection will
be necessary. (Charge for cleaning, damages).
Security deposit : On handing over of the keys the lodger has to make a security deposit
of 200 € (cash or copy of CB). He will be responsible for the furnishing of his accommodation as far as he has not made a complaint at the reception office
within 24 hours after arrival. He will be responsible for any missed object or damage noticed when checking out : The correspondent amount will be
encashed on the deposit. On leaving the accommodation must be clean, otherwise the amount of 50 € will be encashed for cleaning, and 100 € in case of
loss of the key of the safety box. The days with strong wind it is required to keep the sunshade closed.
Cancellation insurance, civil liability, assistance repatriation : We propose a combined cancellation insurance for a camping pitch : 10 € and accommocation : 20€ premium that refunds in certain cases : Serious illness, accident, decease, damages affecting the vehicle .
The insurance also covers dammages caused during your stay as well as your repatriation in case of damages. You can find the entire contract at our

Der Preis gilt inkl. Vermietung oder Stellplatz mit Strom, Wasser, Zelt, Wohnwagen oder Reisemobil, ein Fahrzeug, Teilnahme an bestimmten Sport-,
Kultur- und Freizeitaktivitäten, sowie Zugang zu verschiedenen Anlagen. Ein Fussgänger Kontrollbändchen erlaubt Ihnen im Camping freien Zugang
bei Tag und Nacht.
Bei der Buchung : Anzahlung von 25% des Gesamtpreises plus 17€ Reservierungsgebühren, (Rücktrittversicherung fakultativ).
Die Nummer der Unterkunft/Stellplatzes wird je nach Verfügbarkeit und Planung zugeteilt. Die Direktion behält sich das Recht vor, diese Zuteilung wenn
nötig zu ändern. Innerhalb von 30 Tagen vor Anreisedatum kann keine Änderung mehr beantragt werden. Vor dieser Frist können Änderungen soweit es
die Planung erlaubt, vorgenommen werden.
Jeder begonnene Aufenthalt muss voll bezahlt werden. Bei verspäteter Ankunft oder vorzeitiger Abreise wird kein Geld zurückerstattet. Das Centre
Naturiste OLTRA behält sich das Recht vor sofort weiterzuvermieten. Bei verspäteter Ankunft von mehr als 48 Stunden und ohne Nachricht vom Kunden
wird die Reservierung hinfällig. Die Direktion verfügt erneut ¸ber die Unterkunft/Stellplatz für eine weitere Vermietung. Es wird keine Rückerstattung
gewährt (cf. Rücktrittversicherung, unten).
Stellplatz : Der Restbetrag muss bei der Ankunft in der Rezeption geregelt werden. Der Stellplatz ist ab 14 Uhr belegbar. Am Abreisetag muss der Stellplatz
ab 10 Uhr geräumt sein. Sollte er nach10 Uhr noch besetzt sein, wird eine zusätzliche Nacht angerechnet.
Mietunterkunft : Die Restsumme für den Aufenthalt ist 30 Tage vor Anreisedatum fällig. Die Ankunft ist ab 14 Uhr möglich. Bei einer Ankunft nach
Büroschluss werden die Schlüssel bei der Schranke am Eingang zu unserem FKK Zentrum bis 22 Uhr ausgehändigt.
Abreisetag : Sie müssen Ihre Unterkunft ab 10 Uhr, nach der Abnahme und Rückgabe Ihrer Kaution verlassen. Im Falle einer Abreise vor 8 Uhr erfolgt die
Abnahme in Ihrer Abwesenheit und die Kaution (Abdruck der CB Karte) wird vernichtet. Es wird keine Reklamation entgegengenommen (Einbehalt der
Reinigungskosten, Schadenersatz).
Kaution : Der Mieter muss bei Übergabe der Schlüssel eine Kaution von 200 Euro hinterlegen, (in bar oder Abdruck der CB Karte). Er ist für den Inventar
seiner Unterkunft verantwortlich, soweit er innerhalb von 24 Stunden nach Ankunft bei der Rezeption keine Fehlmängel gemeldet hat. Er ist für fehlende
Gegenstände oder Beschädigungen, die bei der Endabnahme festgestellt werden könnten, verantwortlich. Ein entsprechender Betrag wird von der Kaution
abgezogen. Das Häuschen muss in sauberem Zustand verlassen werden. Bei Nicht Beachten, wird eine Gebühr von 50 Euro einbehalten. Die Chalets für
4 und 6 Personen und Mobil-Heime haben einen eingebauten Safe. Der Mieter ist für den Safeschlüssel verantwortlich, sein Verlust wird mit 100 Euro
berechnet. Bei starkem Wind muss der Sonnenschirm geschlossen bleiben.
Stornierungsversicherung, Haftpflicht, Assistenz, Rückführung : Wir bieten eine kombinierte Rücktrittversicherung für Campingplätze : 10€ und Mietunterkünfte : 20€. Sie erstattet Ihnen Ihre Bezahlung bei bestimmten Fällen wie schwere Krankheit, Unfall, Todesfall, Schaden am Fahrzeug zurück. Sie
deckt auch Schaden, der während Ihres Aufenthalts ensteht, sowie Ihre Rückführung im Schadenfall. Der komplette Vertragsinhalt ist bei der Rezeption

De prijs is inclusief de woning of de stelplaats met stroom en water,tent,mobil-home of caravan,één personenwagen,deelname aan bepaalde
sporten,cultuur of vrijetijdsactiviteiten,alsook vrije toegang tot verschillende lokalen.
Het controle armbandje is er voor zodat voetgangers dag en nacht vrije toegang hebben tot de camping.
Bij het reserveren: Aanbetaling van 25% van de totaalprijs plus de 17€ reserveringskosten(eventueel anuleringsverzekering)
Het nummer van het huurhuisje/stelplaats word naargelang de beschikbaarheid toegekend.
De directie behoud zich het recht,de gegeven plaats of nummer te veranderen indien nodig.
Er is geen verandering meer mogelijk door de klant 30 dagen voor aankomstdatum.
Voor de 30 dagen aanreisdatum zijn veranderingen mogelijk zover de planning het toelaat.
Elk begonnen verblijf dient volledig betaald te worden.bij latere aankomst of vroegtijdig vertrek word er geen geld terug gegeven.Het Centre Naturist Oltra
behoud zich het recht om dadelijk verder te verhuren.
Als er sprake is van meer dan 48uur vertraging van aankomst zonder verwittiging vervalt de huurovereenkomst.De Directie bezit dan terug de mogelijkheid
het huurhuisje of stelplaats verder te verhuren.
Stelplaats:Het restbedrag moet bij aankomst aan het onthaal volledig betaald worden.
De plaats is toegankelijk vanaf 14u00.Op de vertrek datum moet de plaats om 10u00 vrij zijn zou hij toch nadien niet vrij zijn word een bijkomende nacht
aangerekend.
Huurhuisjes:Het restbedrag moet 30 dagen voor aanreis datum volledig betaald zijn .
De huurhuisjes zijn vanaf 14u00 beschikbaar.Bij aankomst na de kantooruren zal de sleutel worden overhandigd aan de slagbomen van de camping dit
tot 22u00.
Vertrekdatum:U moet na de controle en de terug gave van de waarborg om 10u00 het huurhuisje verlaten.Indien er een vertrek plaatsvind voor 08u00
word Uw waarborg niet terug gegeven(enkel voor bankkaart afdruk).Er worden daar omtrend geen klachten aanvaard(eventuele schade of reiniging).
Waarborg:De huurder moet bij ontvangst van de sleutel een waarborg betalen van 200 €,(contanten,bankkaart afdruk).U bent verantwoordelijk voor de
inventaris van het gehuurde huisje,als U na 24u geen melding hebt gedaan wat er van wat er ontbreekt of beschadigd is word U verantwoordelijk geacht.
Een overeenkomend bedrag zal van Uw waarborg worden afgenomen.het huurhuisje moet in zuivere toestand verlaten worden.
Bij het niet naleven van de zuiverheid word een bedrag van 50€ aangerekend.de huurhuisjes van 4-6 personen beschikken over een ingebouwde safe.De
huurder is verantwoordelijk voor de safe sleutel bij verlies zal een bedrag van 100€ worden aangerekend.Bij hevige wind blijft het zonnescherm gesloten.
Anulatie verzekering,assistentie,repatrouillering:Wij bieden U een gecombineerde verzekering aan voor stelplaatsen 10€ en huurhuisjes 20€.U word
terug betaald in bepaalde gevallen zoals, zware ziekte,ongeval,overlijden,wagen schade..
