im Minimum 3 Teilnehmer.

besten 3 Teilnehmer einer
Nation gewertet.

concurrents d´un pays.

Gibt es keinen getrennten
Start zwischen Damen und
Herren, erhält jeder der
besten drei Damen/Herren
einen Titel (Gold, Silber,
Bronze) nur wenn die/der
eine Platzierung im ersten
dreiviertel
des
Gesamtklassements
seiner
Klasse erreicht hat.

ranking receive the title and

Art. 9 Training
ENTRAINEMENT
PRACTICING
Vor den Tageswettfahrten ist
eine Trainingsrunde zulässig.
Soweit möglich, wird eine,
während der Meisterschaft,
immer
befahrbare
Trainingszone eingerichtet.
Eine Dauer von 45 Minuten
pro Wettfahrt ist empfohlen.
Die Wettfahrten mit langer
Dauer (60 Minuten) sollten
nicht von der Windstärke
oder Richtung abhängig sein.
Eines davon sollte am Ende

Befahrung des Strandes vor St. PeterOrding mit Strandseglern.
General Rules for the use of the St. PeterOrding Sand Yachting Area
Die nachfolgenden Regeln wurden vom
YCSPO durch den Vorstand in der Sitzung
vom 16.05.2009 beschlossen und gemäß der
ihm durch § 12 der Satzung übertragenen
Befugnisse
und
auf
Grund
einer
entsprechenden
Vereinbarung
mit
der
Gemeinde St. Peter-Ording verkündet. Die
Regeln sind ab sofort gültig.
Das Befahren des Strandes von St. PeterOrding ist für Mitglieder des YCSPO ohne
Abgabe der unter Ziffer 10 aufgeführten
Erklärungen verboten.
The following set of rules has been issued by the
Committee of the YCSPO in its session of the
16.05.2009 and is published according to Art 12
of the Articles of Incorporation of the YCSPO and
on the basis of a Contract with the community of
St. Peter-Ording. These rules are applicable with
immediate effect.

Les règles suivantes ont été décidés et
adaptés par le conseil d´administration de
YCSPO en séance du 16.05.2009 art §12 du
statut

commune de St. Peter-Ording.
Les règles sont valables immédiatement.

Allgemeines
Jeder Führer eines Segelwagens (Pilot) hat
das jeweils geltende Regelwerk der FISLY
(RIRC) und die speziellen Befahrenssregeln
des YCSPO und der Gemeinde St. PeterOrding unter allen Umständen zu beachten.
Der Pilot hat gemäß Art 2 (4) RIRC FISLY für
sein Verhalten und seinen Segelwagen zu
jedem Zeitpunkt die volle Verantwortlichkeit,
er wahrt deshalb zu jedem Fußgänger oder
Hindernissen ausreichend Abstand bzw.
verlangsamt seinen Segelwagen so, dass
von diesem keinerlei Gefährdung ausgeht
(Schritttempo bzw. Schieben).

1. Generalities

Every operator of a sandyacht (Pilot) has to abide
by the rules issued by the FISLY (RIRC), the
special instructions issued by the YCSPO and the
municipality of St.Peter – Ording at all times.
According to Art 2 (4) RIRC FISLY the pilot is fully
responsible for his conduct and the use of his
Sandyacht, he is obliged to keep sufficient
distance to walkers and obstructions or reduce
the speed in a manner that he poses no hazard (
dead slow or pushing the yacht).

other users of the beach to ensure
that other users of the beach may
be aware of the use of the beach by
sandyachts. If this is not the case,
the pilot shall stop sailing until such
defect is rectified. Defects are to be
notified to the committee of the
YCSPO and to the municipality of
St.Peter-Ording (according to Art 7
of the charter of the YCSPO).
