We are deeply shocked and saddened by the ongoing human tragedy caused by the 2015 Nepal earthquake disaster, which
has severely affected the Kathmandu Valley and many other districts, such as Sindhupalchok, Nuwakot, Dhading, Rasuwa,
Gorkha, etc.
Our thoughts and prayers are with the victims and their families. In view of the immense need for help, several organizations of
the Nepalese community in Switzerland and the Swiss friends of Nepal have decided to jointly launch a campaign to raise
donations to support the earthquake victims.

Wir sind zutiefst erschüttert und schockiert über die humanitäre Tragödie, unter der die nepalesische Bevölkerung als Folge des
schweren Erdbebens leidet. In unseren Gedanken und Gebeten weilen wir mit den Opfern und Hinterbliebenen.
Die schreckliche Erdbebenkatastrophe hat grosse Gebiete in Nepal hart getroffen, u.a. das Kathmandu Tal und mehrere
Distrikte, wie zum Beispiel Sindhupalchok, Nuwakot, Dhading, Rasuwa und Gorkha, wo die Zerstörungen besonders
verheerend sind.
Verschiedene nepalesische Organisationen in der Schweiz haben deshalb vereinbart, gemeinsam zu einer Spendenaktion zur
Unterstützung der Erdbebenopfer aufzurufen. Nepal braucht unsere Hilfe! Deshalb möchte ich Sie bitten, unsere Sammelaktion
