Die Schaltung kann in Kategorie 4 eingestuft werden. Sie beinhaltet Redundanz im
Eingangskreis. Erdschlüsse und Querschlüsse im NOT-AUS-Kreis werden erkannt. Ein Fehler im Gerät führt nicht zum
Verlust der Sicherheitsfunktion.

The circuit has redundancy in the input
circuit. Earth faults and shorts in the
emergency stop circuit are detected. A fault
in the device does not affect the safety
function.

NOT-AUS-Funktion
Die Versorgungsspannung liegt permanent
an A1 und A2 des PNOZ X2 an. Durch
Betätigung des NOT-AUS-Tasters S2
werden die Eingangskreise S11/S12 und
S21/S22 unterbrochen, die Sicherheitskontakte des PNOZ X2 öffnen und die
Relais des Kontakterweiterungsblocks PZE
4 fallen ab.
Emergency Stop Function
A1 and A2 of the PNOZ X2 should always
be connected to the power supply. If the
emergency stop button S2 is pressed, the
supply to the input circuits S11/S12 and
S21/S22 is interrupted, the safety contacts
on the PNOZ X2 open and the relays on the
expander module
PZE X4 de-energise.

Wenn der NOT-AUS-Taster S2 nicht betätigt
und der Rückführkreis geschlossen ist, d. h.

oder S4 werden die getakteten Ausgangsspannungen von S11 und S21 zu den
Eingangskreisen S12/S22 und S42/S52 vom
PNOZ XM1 und PNOZX E1 unterbrochen
und die Sicherheitskontakte des PNOZ XM1
öffnen. Der nicht verwendete Eingangskreis
von PNOZ XE1 (S62) muß permanent mit
S11 verbunden sein.

Starttasters führt nicht zu einem unkontrollierten oder unerwünschten Start des
Gerätes (überwachter Start).

NOT-AUS-Taster S1 an das PNOZ X1
angelegt. Durch Betätigung des NOT-AUSTasters wird die Spannungsversorgung zum
PNOZ X1 unterbrochen, die Sicherheitskontakte öffnen und die Relais des Kontakterweiterungsblocks PZE X4 fallen ab.

Wird das PNOZ X3 bei geschlossener
Schutztür an Spannung gelegt, schaltet es
nicht durch, da der Startkreis (S13/S14)
durch den nicht betätigten Schließer 13/14
und den betätigten Zwangsöffner 21/22
unterbrochen ist. Erst wenn der Rückführkreis geschlossen ist, d. h. die beiden
zwangsgeführten Schütze K4/K5 abgefallen
sind und die Türe einmal geöffnet und
wieder geschlossen wird, schaltet das
PNOZ X3 ein. Im folgenden Betrieb wird das
PNOZ X3 durch das Schließen der Schutztür automatisch gestartet.

Öffnen der Schutztür wird der zwangsöffnende Kontakt 11/12 des Rollenhebelschalters S8/S9 durch einen Schaltnocken

wird die Spannungsversorgung von Eingangskreis 1 (S21/S22) und Eingangskreis 2
(S31/S32) unterbrochen und die
Sicherheitskontakte des PNOZ X3 öffnen.
Eingangskreis. Erdschlüsse und Querschlüsse im Schutztürkreis werden erkannt.
Ein einzelner Fehler im Schutztürschalter
führt nicht zum Verlust der Sicherheitsfunktion und wird sofort erkannt. Ein Fehler
im Gerät führt nicht zum Verlust der Sicherheitsfunktion.

die Schutztür geöffnet, öffnet auch der

des PNOZ X3 wird spannungslos. Nur wenn
beide Kanäle spannungslos waren, kann
das Gerät bei geschlossener Schutztür
wieder gestartet werden.

Beschreibung
Schutztürfunktion
an A1und A2 des PNOZ XM1 an. Durch das
Öffnen einer Schutztür wird der zwangsöffnende Kontakt 11/12 der Rollenhebelschalter S11/S12 oder S13/S14 durch einen
Schaltnocken betätigt und der bei geschlossener Tür betätigte Schließer 23/24 wird frei.
Dadurch werden die getakteten Ausgangsspannungen von S21 zu den Eingangskreisen S32 sowie von S31 zu den Eingangskreisen S22 des PNOZ XM1 oder
PNOZ XE1 unterbrochen und die
Sicherheitskontakte des PNOZ XM1 öffnen.
Die nicht verwendeten Eingangskreise vom
PNOZ XM1 und des PNOZ XE1-Moduls (S62)
müssen permanent mit S11 verbunden sein.
Start/Reset
Wird das PNOZ XM1 bei geschlossener
nicht durch, da die Spannungsversorgung
von S31 zu den Eingangskreisen S12 durch
den nicht betätigten Schließer 13/14 und
den betätigten Zwangsöffner 21/22 unterbrochen ist. Erst wenn alle Türen einmal
geöffnet und wieder geschlossen wurden,
schaltet das PNOZ XM1 ein. Im folgenden
Betrieb wird das PNOZ XM1 durch das
Schließen der Schutztüren automatisch
gestartet
werden. Sie beinhaltet Redundanz im Eingangskreis. Erdschlüsse, Fremdeinspeisungen und Querschlüsse im Schutztürkreis
werden erkannt. Ein einzelner Fehler im
Schutztürschalter führt nicht zum Verlust

Schutztürfunktion
Die Versorgungsspannung liegt über A1 und
A2 permanent am PNOZ X2.1 an. Durch
zwangsöffnenden Kontakt ÜK des Schutztürschalters S4 die Spannungsversorgung
vom Eingangskreis 1 (S11/S12) des PNOZ
X2.1 unterbrochen, die Sicherheitskontakte
öffnen und die Relais des Kontakterweiterunsblocks PZE X4 fallen ab. Wird die
Schutztür geöffnet, öffnet auch der zwangsöffnende Kontakt SK und der Eingangskreis
2 (S21/S22) des PNOZ X2.1 wird span-
nungslos. Nur wenn beide Kanäle spannungslos waren, kann das Gerät bei geschlossener Schutztür wieder gestartet
werden.

Merkmale

Beschreibung
an A1 und A2 des PNOZ X10.1 an. Befindet
sich kein Gegenstand im Schutzfeld des
Laserscanners B7, kann das PNOZ X10.1
durch Betätigen des Tasters S23 (Taster
wird gedrückt und wieder losgelassen)
gestartet werden. Wird das Schutzfeld
unterbrochen, schalten die beiden
Halbleiterausgänge des Scanners ab.
Dadurch wird die Spannungsversorgung von
Eingangskreis 1 (S12) und Eingangskreis 2
(Y3) des PNOZ X10.1 unterbrochen, die
Sicherheitskontakte öffnen und die beiden
4 Sek. betätigt, wird das PST 1 aktiv und
das Muting eingeleitet. Über die Sicherheitskontakte des PST 1 werden dabei 24 V
DC auf den Eingangskreis S12 und Y3 des
PNOZ X10.1 geschaltet. Ein Gegenstand im
Schutzfeld Laserscanners führt somit zu
keiner Abschaltung, solange mindestens ein
Paar der Muting-Schalter betätigt ist. Mit
