unserer High-Tech-Produktionen in Irland und Deutschland
mit modernster Reaktor-Technik können wir auch große
Mengen von Holzöl bei Hochtemperaturverkochung kontrolliert in einem Arbeitsgang veredeln. Damit erreichen
wir für diese einzigartigen Produkte ein kundenorientiertes
Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis.
biopin is a specialist for high-quality binding agents made
from natural renewable raw materials. Decades of experience cooking binding agents have made us experts in this
field. Thanks to our high-tech production plants in Ireland
and Germany using state-of-the-art reactor technology, large
quantities of tung oil can be cooked in a single, yet controlled,
processing step at extremely high temperatures enabling us
to produce at competitive prices.

Research.
In unseren Laboratorien arbeiten wir ständig an der Entwicklung innovativer Produkte. So erforschen wir die Nutzbarkeit von Calendula-Öl als Bindemittel. Dabei arbeiten wir
in diversen internationalen Projekten mit Wissenschaftlern
an Fachhochschulen und Universitäten zusammen. Ziel aller
Aktivitäten ist die Entwicklung von neuen Verfahrensweisen
zur Herstellung von lösemittelfreien Beschichtungssystemen aus nachwachsenden Rohstoffen.
Our laboratories are continually working on the development
of innovative products. We are researching the usability of
calendula oil as a binding agent. We are also working on several international projects by cooperating with scientists from
various universities. These activities are focused on developing processes for the production of new solvent-free coating
systems from renewable resources.

Moderne Produktionsprozesse haben auch bei biopin
schon lange die Manufakturarbeit abgelöst. Handwerkliches
Know-how und die sorgfältige Auswahl der Naturrohstoffe
bilden neben einer ausgefeilten Verfahrenstechnik weiterhin die Basis von Bio-High-Tech.
At biopin modern production processes have long since replaced traditional manufacturing methods. Both our expertise
and the careful selection of natural resources still form the
basis of bio high-tech alongside the state-of-the-art process
technology employed at our sites.
Pflanzliche Öle sind die wichtigsten Ausgangsstoffe unserer
Bindemittelproduktion. Sie tragen entscheidend zur Bindemittelqualität bei. Die Öle werden dem Reaktor über Pumpen aus Lagertanks zugeführt. Harze werden manuell beigefügt. Im Reaktor entstehen unter hohen Temperaturen aus
rohen Ölen Standöle von definierter Qualität, praktisch frei
von niedrigmolekularen Spaltprodukten. Die Reaktion zwischen Harzen und Ölen führt, je nach Zusammensetzung,
zu Bindemitteln für die unterschiedlichsten Anwendungen,
welche als 100%iges Bindemittel ausgeliefert werden.
Vegetable oils are the most important raw materials in our
binding agent production and contribute tremendously to the
quality of these. The oils are directed from storage tanks to
the reactor by means of pumps. Resins are added manually.
In the reactor, raw oils set under high temperatures produce
stand oils of selected quality and virtually free of low-grade
molecular decomposition products. Depending on the composition, the reaction of resins with oils produces binding
agents suitable for numerous purposes. These products can
be delivered as 100% binders.
