The increasing demands made on computer
and projector technology as well as on computer based devices have increased also the
demands on the connection cables used in
this field. Whether high resolution VGA, DVI
and HDMI signals or audio/video signals an exact reproduction of images is required
everywhere. TLS has taken these demands
into account and after years of development
work, now supplies the market with special
cables for this purpose.
Auch unter schwierigsten Bedingungen, wie
beispielsweise in Industriebetrieben, halten
TLS Kabel auch über längere Distanzen
allen äußeren Einflüssen stand. Durch den
speziellen Kabelaufbau können Drucker,
Tastaturen und Mäuse problemlos auch über
große Strecken betrieben werden.

The TLS cables are particularly high quality
cables, which guarantee clear signal transmission for any type of application.
Standard lengths of 5, 10, 15, 20 and 25 m
are supplied with male and female. Special
cables can be supplied with male/female
on one or both ends according to customer
specification.
Mit den speziell für unsere Präsentationsund Kontrollsysteme entwickelten VGA-,
DVI-, HDMI-Kabeln kann ein Monitor, der
bis zu 180 m entfernt von einem Computer
steht, ohne aktiven Verstärker in einwandfreier Qualität genutzt werden.
Speziell entwickelte Kabel gehören ebenso zu unserem Lieferumfang, wie auch auf
die Kundenwünsche zugeschnittene Sonderkabel (und -längen).
Die TLS Kabel sind besonders hochwertige
Kabel, die für den jeweiligen Einsatzzweck
eine einwandfreie Signalübertragung garantieren.
Die Standardlängen 5, 10, 15, 20 und 25 m
werden jeweils mit Stecker und Buchse geliefert. Sonderanfertigungen werden einseitig
oder auf beiden Seiten mit Stecker/Buchse

The fire-retardant and halogen-free digital cable has been designed especially for
the transmission of digital signals (TMDS).
The requirements considered here for DVI
signals allow for the transmission over
long distances with high bandwidths. The
required communication signals Data and
Clock are transmitted in a low loss way over
special developed wires. The design of the
cable with the different screenings as well
as a high synchronisation factor guarentee
an excellent transmission quality up to 100
m (see cable matrix, p. 278).
Das flammwidrige, halogenfreie Digitalkabel ist speziell zur Übertragung von
digitalen Signalen (TDMS) konzipiert
worden. Die hierbei berücksichtigten
Anforderungen speziell für DVI-Signale
ermöglichen die Übertragung über große
Längen mit hohen Bandbreiten. Die erforderlichen Kommunikationssignale Data und
Clock werden über speziell hierfür konzipierte Leitungen verlustfrei übertragen.
Der Aufbau des Kabels mit den verschiedenen Abschirmungen sowie der hohe

required for HDMI as well as the remote
control protocols CEC an AV.link, are transferred. The design of the cable with the

VGA cable
The fire-retardant, halogen-free VGA cable
(K1) is an extremely high quality cable that,
due to its design, transmits the complete
VGA mode. Three 75 Ω coaxial cores transmit the RGB signals, the 7 control cores are
designed for the transmission of the DDC
mode, Hardware Detect as well as H/VSync. An extremely low damping coaxial
core design as well as a high synchronisation factor combined with adequate
sizing of the H/V-Sync wires guarantee
excellent transmission quality.

Kabel (K1) ist ein extrem hochwertiges
Kabel, welches durch seinen Aufbau den
VGA Modus komplett überträgt. Drei 75 Ω
Koaxialadern übertragen das VGA Signal,
die 7 Steueradern sind zur Übertragung des
DDC Modus, Hardware Detect sowie H/VSync ausgelegt. Ein extrem dämpfungsarmer Aufbau der Koaxialadern sowie ein
hoher Gleichlauffaktor, verbunden mit

VGA cable crimp
The fire-retardant, halogen-free VGA
cable (K1) comes ready-made on one side
with a 15 pin HD male connector with metal
housing. All 9 wires on the other side
of the VGA cable come pre-assembled
with crimp contracts. By simply inserting
these factory-made crimp contacts into
the provided crimp connectors (male/
female) in a short space of time a fully
allocated VGA cable can be made, which
considers all colour-, sync- and communication signals.The ready-made VGA
cable is equipped with a shrinked cable
loop. Thus it can be easily and safely laid
even in the smallest cable channels.

(K1) ist einseitig konfektioniert mit einem
15poligen HD Stecker mit Metallgehäuse.
An der Gegenseite sind alle 9 Adern
des VGA Kabels montagefertig gecrimpt.
Durch einfaches Stecken der werkseitig
gecrimpten Adern in den mitgelieferten
Crimpsteckern /-buchsen kann in kürzester Zeit ein komplett belegtes VGA Kabel
hergestellt werden, bei dem alle Farb-,
Sync- und Kommunikationsleitungen
berücksichtigt sind. Das montagefertige, crimpen-geschützte VGA Kabel ist
mit einer verschrumpften Kabelschlaufe
versehen, so dass die Verlegung auch
in kleinsten Kabelkanälen einfach und
sicher erfolgen kann.

equipped with computers and video solutions,
including audio connections.
To make optimal use of such equipment for
rooms like this, it is essential to consider the
quality of any cabling. Signal transmission must
be clear and of a perfect quality. Usually, such
cabling is installed when the room is being
equipped.
Therefore TLS sells most of its high quality
cables in spools or rings. Cables are measured
in metre lengths. The minimum purchase is 100
m.
Males and females can be ordered separately
(see catalogue p. 305). If required, we can give
you the pin layout.
Konferenzräume werden immer häufiger mit
Computer- und Video-Lösungen ausgestattet, wobei die Audioanbindung natürlich nicht
fehlen darf. Um diese Räumlichkeiten optimal
mit dem entsprechenden Equipment auszustatten, wird schon im Vorfeld stark auf die
Kabelqualität geachtet, damit eine einwandfreie Signalübertragungsqualität gewährleistet
ist. Meist werden diese Kabel direkt bei der
Raumerrichtung verbaut.
Aus diesem Grund bietet TLS die meisten
Kabel in hochwertiger Qualität auch als Ringund Trommelware an. Die Abgabe der Kabel
erfolgt meterweise. Die Mindestabnahmemenge
beträgt 100 m. Stecker und Buchsen können
separat bestellt werden (siehe Katalogseite
305). Auf Anforderung stellen wir Ihnen gerne
den Pin-Belegungsplan zur Verfügung.

High quality devices used in a variety of

(1 m) with appropriate connection pieces as

end and the cable cut at the other end are
available at reduced costs, the male/female
connectors are included separately.
