Vision Engineer Algorithms Camera (m/f)

In the role of the Vision Engineer Algorithms Camera, you will be
responsible for the development of next generation algorithms to
realize the desired functionalities. Together with our team of
researchers and developers, you will contribute to the definition of the
algorithm development strategy, required functionalities, performance
targets and the corresponding development plan.

Your tasks
 Development of next generation algorithms for cameras as part of
Driver Assistance Systems solutions
 Working on a video data processing chain consisting of state-of-theart architectures and algorithms for the detection of the desired
objects
 Contribution to the development of tool chains to achieve the
desired algorithm quality
 Taking care of the selection and design of evaluation tools to
automatically measure the achieved algorithm performance
 Collaboration with the evaluation team responsible for conducting
performance measurements of the algorithm design on test benches
and in test cars
Your profile
 University degree in Automotive Engineering, Mechatronics,
Electrical Engineering, Physics, Computer Science or similar
education
 Relevant experience in machine vision technology
 Familiar with feature extraction algorithms, classification algorithms,
tracking algorithms and other relevant algorithms
 Programming experience in C/C++
 Experienced in the area of Driver Assistance Systems
 Enthusiastic about challenging development tasks in the automotive
industry
 Self-motivated with a project-oriented way of working
 Interested and willing to work in an international environment
 Strong communication skills and high flexibility
 Good English language skills, additional language skills are
beneficial
