judges:
With the registration each club names 2 qualified judges (name, telephone
number and e-mail address). In case of a missing judge, a fee of 15 € is
due.
entry fee:
10 € per gymnast, payment on the spot, fee does not include any other
services or insurance (travel, accommodation and other expenses are
paid by the participants themselves).
forms:
Registration forms shall be sent by the participating clubs by 20th June
2014 in 5 copies of each routine to Christiane Dube (see above).
awards:
certificate for each participant, medals for first to third place,
cup ratings for the best team  one team consists of 6 named gymnasts,
no matter which category. For each placement under the first six places,
participants get points – 6 points for the first place to 1 point for the sixth
place. The results of each of the six gymnasts of your club decides about
winning. If your club does not have 6 gymnasts, you can unfortunately not
take part in the cup rating.
notes:
Only gymnasts in B-LEVEL can enroll for the competition. Please name the
gymnasts, their date of birth, the chosen apparatus and choose 6 gymnasts
for the cup rating. Starter passports are to be submitted.
After the registration, a register confirmation and the timetable will be sent
via e-mail. This year we reserve the right to reduce the number of
participants to 90 gymnasts. Thank you for your understanding.

The file name will be in the form of:
club-competitor-apparatus. Use of CD is also possible.
We assume no liability for lost valuables.
In the gym you can get some snacks and cakes.
We look forward to welcoming you in Gera and particularly hope for active
participation of the junior and senior gymnasts.
Also this year we would be very happy about a participation in the show
program at the end of the competition. Please write a short notice within
the registration if you are interested in participating.
accommodation:
If you are interested in staying in Gera overnight, we can help you with
some recommendations. Please ask for it.
