The company runs activity in 1999 in Ełk on the area of Suwałki Specjal Economic Zone.
Main profile of activity is the production of compounds of PVC and dry-blends. Continuous
investments in development of stock of machines, technical and technological base and
also in infrastructure enables us to keep of high quality products and their improvement.
Thanks to diversified assortment and production power on the level of 35 000 tons yearly
we are able to perform all requirements of our customers. In laboratory working, we adjust
the product’s property to individual needs of customers and we invent new compounds
of PVC and dry-blends. We produce also goods according to entrusted recipes.
Besides the compounds of PVC and dry-blends, we produce Ecological Barrier Profiles EPZ
(sheeting sections) of prepared by us dry-blend. Possibility of intervention in dry-blend’s
constitution enables us to improve the technical features of ready product. System EPZ
is applied i.a. for protection of ground before landslide, adjustment of water races, water
reservoirs and can be used in large investments and also by individual customers
In 2015, ecological barrier profiles were awarded the “Varmia and Masuria Product”
Certificate for their high quality and innovative character.

Products
Cable compounds
GENERAL APPLICATION
Compounds are
designed for production of layer of:
• insulation – SI, SI4
Sheats/cyoating
• tyre – SO – M, SO – R, SO – T
Cables and conduktors with working temperature near to conductor 70 °C.
Colour of cable compounds:
• natural – N,
• coloured white across mass – B, black, orange, grey, blue, green, brown, red.
Compounds are produced according to Directive RoHS-E. They have high thermal stability,
good mechanical properties and resistance to weathering.
Compounds for wire coating
This kinds of compounds, based on plasticised PVC, are designed for coating of wires for
fencing mesh’ in colours:
• green – S – Z,
• brown – S – B,
• graphite colour - S – G,
• natural – S – N
They have high resistance to weathering, stability of colour and good physical
and mechanical properties.
Plasticised compounds
Compounds are designed for the production of the details with the extrusion or injection method. They7
are an ideal material for producing the gaskets, parts used in the footwear industry, cable industry, and
others:
• transparent – T – 35, T - 45
• filled – W – 40, W – 41, W – 44, W - 48
They have wide range of hardness. They can be coloured across mass grey or black.
Hard technikal compounds and dry-blends
Compounds are designed for production of elements for building industry with using the extrusion
metod:
• wainscot panels white - TB – S2 and natural - TN – S3,
• decorative lath white – TB – SJ and natural – TN – S2,
• cable ducts and electro-instalation pipes - TB – S2 and TP – B2,
• windowsills white – TP – B and natural – TP – N.
They have high thermal stability and good processing properties.
Granulates WPC
Granulate are designated for the manufacture of terrace
boards in neutral colour or of integrally coloured terrace
boards, as agreed with the recipient.

System of ecological barrier profiles of PVC (EPZ)
Sheeting sections of vinyl / profiles PCV / are an ecological cheaper
option for protection of:
• shores before landsliding and jetting,
• fencing of waterlogged area,
• regulation of river-bed,
• protection of places, where water level changes depending on season,
• protection of scarp before landsliding,
• improvement of safety and accessibility to water reservoir,
• protection of banks of river and stream,
• protection ground before jetting,
• forming of embankment,
• making of roads and paths depth-in water reservoir.

Samples of use EPZ
Protection shores before landsliding
and jetting.
Protection of places, where water level changes depending on season. Hereby the sheeting
sections are the dam protecting before flooding
through river, lake and water reservoir.
Protection ground before jetting.
Fencing of waterlogged area.
Protection of scarp. It improves the safety and
accessibility to water reservoir.
Forming of embankment. In this case EPZ improves the safety and allows to use the terrain close
to embankment.
Regulation of river-bed.
Protection of banks of river and stream.
Making of roads and paths depth-in water reservoir.
