Friggitrice elettrica top ad una vasca realizzata in acciaio inox Aisi 304. Piano ad unione di testa spessore 15/10 privo di fori camino.
Vasca di cottura stampata in acciaio inox Aisi 304, con profilo interno raggiato. Capacità vasca di Lt.10. Vasca dotata di ampio invaso
anteriore per la espansione dell' olio e delle schiume e ampia zona fredda per la raccolta dei residui di cottura. Riscaldamento ottenuto
con resistenza corazzata in acciaio inossidabile Aisi 304, posizionata internamente alla vasca e ruotabile di oltre 90° per favorire la
pulizia della vasca stessa. L'attivazione del riscaldamento è segnalato dall'accensione di una lampada spia di colore arancione,
collocata sul pannello comandi. Temperatura dell' olio in vasca controllata tramite termostato meccanico, con regolazione da 100 a 185
°C. Termostato di sicurezza a ripristino manuale. Filtro estraibile, cestello, coperchio e collettore per il rubinetto di scarico in dotazione.
10 LITRE SINGLE WELL ELECTRIC FRYER
Single well electric fryer, constructed in Aisi 304 stainless steel.
15/10 thick top, designed for back-to-back alignment without flue
apertures. Deep drawn cooking well in Aisi 304 stainless steel,
with radiused internal corners. 10-litre well capacity. Well with
wide front expansion zone for oil and foam and extended cold
zone for collection of food particles. Heating by means of an
armoured immersion-type heating element in Aisi 304 stainless
steel. The element can be rotated by over 90° to facilitate well
cleaning. Activation of heating is signalled by an orange indicator
led which lights up on the control panel. Temperature of oil in well
controlled by mechanical thermostat, with adjustment from 100 to
185 °C. Safety thermostat with manual reset. Removable filter,
basket, lid and catchment basin for drain tap supplied.

Elektro-Friteuse, Tischgerät, aus Edelstahl Aisi 304 mit einem
Becken. Platte für stirnseitigen Verbund, Stärke 15/10, ohne
Kaminanschlussöffnungen. Tiefgezogenes Frittierbecken aus
Edelstahl Aisi 304, Innenprofil abgerundet. Beckeninhalt 10 l.
Becken mit großzügiger Schaumzone im vorderen Bereich und
ebenfalls großer Kaltzone für Frittierrückstände. Beheizung durch
Panzerwiderstand aus Edelstahl Aisi 304 im Becken. Widerstand
um 90° drehbar für problemlose Beckenreinigung. Das
Einschalten der Heizfunktion wird durch das Aufleuchten der
orangefarbenen Kontrolllampe an der Bedienblende angezeigt.
Regulierung der Öltemperatur im Becken zwischen 100 und
185°C über mechanischen Thermostat. Sicherheitsthermostat mit
manueller Rücksetzung. Ausziehbarer Filter, Korb, Deckel und
Sammelleitung für den Ablaufhahn im Lieferumfang.
