This little village looks out over the blue sea as it shimmers in the sun’s
rays. It has a beach with a range of facilities and comprehensively
stocked kiosks, an entertainment service, pedalo and surfing
equipment rental firms and a shopping centre with everything you might
need, including shops, cafés, bars, restaurants and pizzerias. Most
importantly, the authentic, infectious cordiality of the people will
immediately make you feel at home. The resort is especially well known
for its large marina, which has room for up to 600 boats. It has all of the
essential laying up and storage facilities and every year it organizes
prominent sailing events.
The accommodation establishments are modern, spacious and well
furnished. Almost all of them have a swimming pool and they are very
popular with guests from both Italy and foreign.
You can take it easy on the beach, enjoy a little shopping, treat yourself
to the occasional fish lunch accompanied by some fine wine and take a
trip to the inland areas, the lagoon or nearby Caorle.

Eine Kleinstadt am blauen Meer, das unter den Sonnenstrahlen glänzt und
dessen Strand mit reich gefüllten Kiosken, Animationen, Ruderboot- und
Surfbrettverleih und einem Einkaufszentrum ausgestattet ist, wo man einfach
alles findet: Geschäfte, Kaffees, Restaurants, Pizzerias und vor allem
natürliche und ansteckende Herzlichkeit, die den Gast sich wohlfühlen lässt.
Dieser Ort ist besonders bekannt für sein ausgedehntes Hafenbecken, das
bis zu 600 Boote aufnehmen kann, über alle notwendigen Dienste bezüglich
Lagerung und Instandhaltung verfügt und jedes Jahr wichtige Segelregatten
veranstaltet.
Die Unterkünfte sind modern, großräumig, gut eingerichtet und fast immer
mit Pool ausgestattet, so dass sie sowohl bei der italienischen als auch der
ausländischen Kundschaft sehr gefragt sind. Hier können Sie am Strand
ausruhen, sich dem Shopping widmen, ab und zu ein gutes Mittagessen mit
Fischgerichten und gutem Wein genießen oder sich für einen Ausflug in das
Hinterland, in die Lagune oder das nahe gelegene Caorle entscheiden.
Una piccola cittadina affacciata sul mare azzurro che brilla sotto i raggi del sole,
dotata di una spiaggia attrezzata con fornitissimi chioschi, servizio di animazione,
noleggio mosconi e surf ... e un centro commerciale dove si trova di tutto: negozi,
bar, ristoranti, pizzerie e soprattutto una cordialità genuina e contagiosa che
mette subito l'ospite a suo agio. Questa località è particolarmente conosciuta per
la sua ampia darsena, che può ospitare fino a 600 imbarcazioni, offre tutti i
necessari servizi di deposito e rimessaggio ed organizza ogni anno importanti
manifestazioni veliche.
Le strutture ricettive sono moderne, spaziose e ben arredate, quasi sempre
dotate di piscina e sono molto gradite dalla clientela sia italiana che straniera. Qui
potete rilassarvi in spiaggia, dedicarvi allo shopping, concedervi qualche buon
pranzetto a base di pesce accompagnato da dell'ottimo vino o anche decidere di
effettuare un'escursione nell'entroterra, nella laguna o nella vicina Caorle.

a seconda dello stato dellʼappartamento.
Il servizio spiaggia non è obbligatorio. Qualora il turista desideri usufruire
del servizio spiaggia (aree attrezzate con ombrelloni e lettini) deve rivolgersi
prima al personale degli stabilimenti balneari, o prenotare anticipatamente il
posto spiaggia via mail o telefonicamente. Il costo settimanale del posto
spiaggia parte da € 65,00.

· Die Wohnung muß IN ORDNUNG UND GEREINIGT verlassen werden (frei
von Abfällen, Flaschen und Büchsen, das Innere der Möbel gesäubert, das
Geschirr gespült, der Kühlschrank leer und abgetaut, die Kühlschranktür muß
offen gelassen werden). Falls Sie dies nicht beachten, werden Ihnen je nach
Zustand des Appartements Reinigungsgebuehren ab € 45,00 berechnet.
Der Strand-Service ist nicht obligatorisch. Wenn der Gast den Strandservice
(Sonnenschirmen und Liegen), haben moechte , soll er sich an das zustaendige
Personal am Strand wenden oder den Platz per Telefon oder E-Mail im voraus
buchen. Ein Strandplatz kostet ab € 65,00 pro Woche.
· The flat must be TIDIED UP AND CLEANED before leaving (i.e. cleared
out of rubbish, empty boxes, bottles etc, the cupboard shelves must be
cleaned, the cutlery and all crockery washed, the fridge empty and defrosted
with the door open), otherwise the cleaning will be charged from € 45,00 or
more, depending on the condition of the apartment.
The beach service is not obligatory. If the guests wish to have a place at
the beach (beach umbrellas and sun beds) they must apply first to the staff
of the beach or have to book a place in advance by phone or e.mail. A place
at the beach costs from € 65.00 upwards per week.

restituzione del “coupon cauzione” in originale. A garanzia di eventuali
rotture o danni, del rispetto delle norme civili di comportamento (in speciale
modo dalle 23.00 alle 8.00 e dalle 13.00 alle 15.00) e dellʼimpegno di
lasciare lʼappartamento in ordine, al ritiro della chiave il cliente verserà
allʼAgenzia Lampo la suddetta cauzione, che sarà restituita al termine della
locazione, dopo aver effettuato il controllo dello stato dellʼappartamento.
Kaution: € 100,00 (Bargeld oder die Daten der Kreditkarte als Garantie abgeben).
Bei Kaution in Bar und Abreise außerhalb der Bürozeiten, wird die Kaution bei
Banküberweisung zum Preis von € 5,00, nur nach Rückgabe der originalen
“Kautionsquittung”, zurückerstattet. Zur Garantie eventueller Brüche oder
Schäden, im Respekt der zivilen Verhaltungsgesetze (Insbesondere vom 23.00
bis 8.00 und vom 13.00 bis 15.00) und der Zusage die Wohnung sauber und in
Ordnung zu verlassen, wird der Kunde bei Schlüsselübergabe eine Kaution
bezahlen die nach erfolgter Wohnungskontrolle bei Abreise rückerstattet wird.

accidental breakages and damages, for the observance of normal civil

the commitment of the customer to leave the flat in the same conditions as
found, the above deposit must be paid upon arrival and collection of the keys.
The deposit will be given back after the flat has been checked.
