Für die verschiedenen Einsatzgebiete
gibt es die Gitterinnen in unterschiedlichen Oberflächen: galvanisch verzinkt
(EZ), tauchfeuerverzinkt (HDG) und farbig
pulverbeschichtet.
Alle sind zertifiziert nach c UL US und
gemäß UNE-EN 61537 beständig bei
Temperaturen von -50°C bis +150°C.

GRST, GRN und GRSV sind die perfekte Erweiterung des bewährten Sortiments
für zeitgemäßes Kabelmanagement.
Die GRST braucht bis zu 66% weniger Platz: Die erste ineinander stapelbare
Gitterrinne am deutschen Markt spart wertvollen Raum und ist zugleich
einfacher zu transportieren. Die GRN erreicht mit ihrer patentierten Formgebung eine deutlich höhere Belastbarkeit als andere Systeme auf dem
Markt. Die GRSV ermöglicht mit bereits aufgesteckten Verbindern eine
blitzschnelle Montage: Die Rinnen werden einfach ineinander gesteckt,
ohne zusätzliches Werkzeug.
GGK has reinvented the principle behind wire mesh cable tray. The wire
mesh cable tray systems GRST, GRN and GRSV are the perfect upgrade of the
established range for modern cable management.
The GRST requires up to 66% less space: The first stackable wire mesh cable
tray. on the German market saves valuable space and at the same time is
easier to transport. With its patented shape the GRN attains a much greater
load capacity than other systems on the market. With connectors already
fixed, the GRSV permits speedy installation: The cable trays are simply
inserted into each other, no additional tool is necessary.

Save space! The fact that the trays can be stacked saves space to the
tune of 66% in the case of 65 tray height and 50% in the case of 105
tray height. This means that a 40-ton lorry can transport 12 pallets of
GRST cable trays 65x100 and 4 pallets of fixing materials. This is 23.328 m

Markt. Das innovative, patentierte Design der GRST-Gitterrinnen vereint zahlreiche Vorteile in sich: Die Rinnen sind
stapelbar, sparen somit wertvollen Raum bei der Lagerung
und Transport – 66 Prozent bei der Höhe 65 und 50 Prozent
bei der Höhe 105. Zugleich erleichtern sie auch das Handling
auf der Baustelle – ganz besonders, wenn der Elektroinstallateur z.B. mehrere Etagen im Neubau mit den Gitterrinnen
zu überwinden hat. Die GRST-Gitterrinnen gibt es in zwei
Höhen und sieben Breiten.

cable tray has many advantages: The trays are stackable,
thus saving valuable space in storage and transportation –
66% in the case of 65 tray height and 50% in the case of
105 tray height. At the same time they also facilitate the
handling on the construction site – particularly if in a new
building the electricians have to distribute the cable trays
over several floors. The GRST wire mesh cable tray is available
in two heights and seven widths.

and fast installation. The system requires only a small amount of useful
accessories for fixing and connection: quick connectors, mounting plates,
joints connectors and wall and ceiling brackets.

Richtungsweisend! Richtungsänderungen können mit der Gitterrinne
GRN schnell und einfach selbst geformt werden – dies vereinfacht das
Handling. Es wird kein zusätzliches Lager für separate Formteile benötigt,
weil diese problemlos vor Ort aus der Gitterrinne geschnitten werden
können. Benutzen Sie einen Bolzenschneider für die Herstellung von
asymmetrischen Schnitten, um keine Grate entstehen zu lassen.
Pointing the way! Changes of direction can be formed quickly and easily
with the GRN wire mesh cable tray – this simplifies handling. There is
no need for additional storage for separate formed pieces, as these can
be easily cut on site from the wire mesh cable trays. Use a bolt cutter
for asymmetric cuts in order to avoid burrs.

Die patentierte Form der GRN-Gitterrinnen mit ihrem wellenförmig ausgeprägten Stäben zeichnet sich gegenüber den
am Markt bekannten Systemen durch eine deutlich höhere
Belastbarkeit aus. Die abgeschrägten Stäbe der Gitterrinnen
beugen einer Beschädigung der Kabel vor und minimieren
die Möglichkeit von Staubablagerungen. Durch die offene
Struktur lassen sich Kabel leicht ein- und ausführen, und die
Kabelführung ist jederzeit sichtbar.
Zusätzlich zur galvanisch verzinkten Version (EZ) können Sie
die GRN-Gitterrinnen auch in tauchfeuerverzinkter Ausführung bestellen. Die GRN-Gitterrinnen gibt es in drei Höhen
und acht Breiten.

their pronounced wavy rods stands out from the known
systems on the market by having a much greater load capacity.
The rounded corners of the cable trays prevent damage to
the cable and minimise the accumulation of dust. The open
structure facilitates the insertion and removal of cables and
the cable routing is visible at all times.
In addition to the galvanised version (EZ), the GRN wire
mesh cable trays can also be ordered in dip galvanized finish.
The GRN wire mesh cable tray is available in three heights
and eight widths.

Starke Haltung. Das Montagezubehör für die Befestigung an Wand,
Decke und Boden lässt sich für alle in dieser Broschüre vorgestellten
Gitterrinnentypen verwenden. Viele Zubehörteile sind mit einer Rasttechnik
versehen, die eine schnelle, zeitsparende Vormontage ermöglicht: Spezielle
Klemmlaschen können nach der endgültigen Positionsfixierung einfach
zusammengedrückt werden – ohne Spezialwerkzeug, ein geeigneter
Schraubendreher reicht aus. Durch die Kombination von einzelnen Teilen
aus dem modularen System, Wandauslegern und Wandauslegern mit
verstellbaren Anschlussteilen lassen sich vielfältige Anwendungsbereiche
abdecken. Diese Übersicht stellt nur einen Teil des Systemzubehörs mit
den gängigsten Zubehörteilen dar.

of the accessories are provided with a snap-in technology enabling a
quick and time saving pre assembly. After final positioning, special
clamping lugs can be pressed together easily – without any special tools;
a suitable screwdriver is sufficient. The combination of individual parts

Starke Haltung. Das Montagezubehör für die Befestigung an Wand,
Decke und Boden lässt sich für alle in dieser Broschüre vorgestellten
Gitterrinnentypen verwenden. Viele Zubehörteile sind mit einer Rasttechnik
versehen, die eine schnelle, zeitsparende Vormontage ermöglicht: Spezielle
Klemmlaschen können nach der endgültigen Positionsfixierung einfach
zusammengedrückt werden – ohne Spezialwerkzeug, ein geeigneter
Schraubendreher reicht aus. Durch die Kombination von einzelnen Teilen
aus dem modularen System, Wandauslegern und Wandauslegern mit
verstellbaren Anschlussteilen lassen sich vielfältige Anwendungsbereiche
abdecken. Diese Übersicht stellt nur einen Teil des Systemzubehörs mit
den gängigsten Zubehörteilen dar.

Strong grip. The installation accessories for walls, ceilings and floors
can be used for all wire mesh cable trays featured in this brochure. Many
of the accessories are provided with a snap-in technology enabling a
quick and time saving pre assembly. After final positioning, special
clamping lugs can be pressed together easily – without any special tools;
a suitable screwdriver is sufficient. The combination of individual parts
from the modular system, wall brackets and wall brackets with adjustable
connection parts caters for a variety of applications. This overview
represents only a section of the system accessories for the most important
accessory parts.
