The installation and formal assumption of Office simultaneously officially and permanently became effective precisely at 01:14GMT on 16th March, 2015. As the Permanent Executive President and the Number One Person of the United Nations and ALL its affiliated organizations, associations and bodies, NO official or unofficial decisions CAN be taken or policy implemented by the United Nations, its General Assembly, General Secretariat, The Security Council, All the Arms, Departments and Offices of the United Nations and All Organization, Association and Bodies that is directly or indirectly affiliated with the United Nations without my official written, stamped and signed authorization and/or approval. Also, I alone have the absolute power and authority to single-handedly order immediate implementation or complete annulment of any policy, decision, etc that relates to the United Nations, its arms, departments and offices, all UN affiliated organizations and bodies, and all United Nations Member and Non-Member Countries without any prior consultation, deliberation or notification.
