Os módulos de fixação de acionamento pneumático ou hidraúlico foram desenvolvidos para a sujeição de peças para
usinagem, com extrema precisão e força. Geralmente usados em máquinas ou dispositivos especiais de usinagem,
fornecem elevada força de fixação e grande precisão. Podem ser utilizados individualmente ou agrupadas em um
sistema automatizado.

properly adjusted pressure regulator, the pneumatic collect closer allows you to safely clamp
fragile parts. The replacement of the collet is simple and quick, by simply unscrewing the top
cap.

6. PNEUMATIC COLLET CLOSER
- morsas autocentrantes: contruídas em aço 18NiCrMo6 cementado e temperado, com guias prismáticas retificadas,
com mordentes retificados para fixação precisa das castanhas 'moles' no perfil da peça a ser fixada.
A força da fixação é determinada pela pressão pneumática ou hidráulica que age sobre o cilindro interno, e que
transmite aos mordentes o curso de fechamento ou abertura, acionados por um sistema de plano inclinado garantem
alta precisão, repetibilidade e rigidez de fixação. Ideias para trabalhos em ambientes com óleo de corte, cavacos,
poeira, graças ao sistema de pressurização e raspadores.
