Milling Enclosures – RF-Enclosures
AG/AGO series
The RF-enclosures of AG and AGO series
are precision enclosures milled out of a
full aluminum block. Their characteristic is
a circuit board mounted with clamping
screws, so drillings are not necessary in
the circuit board. These enclosures are
locked with multiple bolted, 2 mm strong
covers, which are alternatively flush lokked or have a mounting flange exceeding
10 mm on each side.
Dimensions
The enclosures of AG/AGO series are
available in four different sizes, height
and width remain always the same and
only the length will change (please note
the drawing on page 6).
Content of delivery
The enclosures are delivered according to
the defined order version, including all
necessary accessories. (enclosures with
cover/bottom, screws for the cover-/bottom-and circuit board mounting as well as
accessories manufactured.)

We do modificate enclosures, according
to customer specifications, e.g. drill-hole
pattern and modified dimensions.

UC-series
The RF-enclosures of UC series are precision enclosures milled out of a full aluminum block. The circuit board is screwed
onto a circulating assembly web, so drill
holes on the circuit board are not necessary. The enclosures are locked with multiple bolted, 2 mm strong covers, which can
be choosed as flush locked or as a mounting flange exceeding 10 mm on each
side.
The enclosures of UC-series are available
in four different sizes, whereby height
and width remain always the same, only
the length will change (please note the
following drawings).

TC-series
The rf-/microwave enclosures are designed to built-in TO-8 devices, to insure
sufficient heat transfer and
ground connection to each module. The
boards can be mounted in close contact
to TO-type enclosures.

The ZG aluminum enclosures are designed
to built-in RF/microwave hybrid-thinfilmand stripline-circuits.
The ZG-series represent an ideal enclosure
for RF hybrid circuits and LSI applications.

Profile enclosures
PGS series
All enclosures of PGS series are equipped
with a flat bottom plate and an inlay
cover, which get screwed in the enclosures. The PGS series are suitable to built-in
rf-components, hybrid circuits and all
kinds of small components.
PGS enclosures are very sturdy and extensively RF shielded. Enclosures, covers and
bottom plates are made out of aluminum.
All of our enclosures of the PGS series
have the same height of 22 mm.

SG series
The corpus of the enclosures are made
out of a square pipe. The enclosures are
closed with profile covers (see chapter
“profiles”).
These are designed once as flush locked
covers and once as exceeding bottoms,
like a mounting flange. Especially they
are suitable for mounting powers supplies, control devices, switches or similar
components. The profile webs in the bottom plate can be used as support.

These enclosures are specially customized
(we produce unique pieces also). Customers will decide about width and depth.
You can choose the height between 1 HU,
2 HU, 3 HU or 4 HU. (See side-pieces –
chapter “profiles”). KG enclosures are
used in data technology, in the electronic,
in testing sets, in engine constructions,
etc..

Cassette enclosures – RF-milled enclosures
FK series, 3 HU
For an optimum shielding of high frequency elements we have the perfect
solution: The FK series. These cassette
enclosures are milled out of an aluminum
block. Their size is designed in European
standard card format for 19 ”plug-in
module to DIN 41494 (part 5). The speciality of these cassettes is, that the dimensions inside show European Standard Card

19”-plug in module
EG series
The 19” plug-in modules are available in 6
different heights. An extremely stable
and robust construction is reached after
using thick extrusion type side-pieces
(4mm). Profile slots in the side pieces give
the user the possibility to mount various
components sideways, also. The side pieces can be exchanged fast and simple.
Drill holes and other mechanical modifications, just like front panel lettering are
possible on request.
The enclosures are delivered with handles, alternatively with chroming round bar
steel or with cast aluminum. Different
sizes and versions of these 19” plug-in
module are available in short-term. If not
specified, the bottom plate, the front and
back panel are coated with a protection
foil and the side-pieces are aluminum raw
(vibro-finished).

The 3-HU aluminum cassettes fit in every
4,4” module rack to DIN 41494 or, under
assistance of guide bars (KF2 series), into
any 19”-Europe card plug-in modules to
DIN 41494. The HK serie is available in
two different depths to take up Europe
cards with 100 x 160 mm or 100 x 220
mm.
Both cassette types are available in 4 different widths (7 TE, 14 TE, 21 TE and 28
TE). The distance of the guide slots for the
circuit boards is 1 TE (5,08 mm).
We also supply the cassettes with length
partition walls on request.

Technical information – mechanical treatment
Mechanical treatment
Front panels, back panels, enclosures and
cassettes are offered with mechanical
treatments also, that is drillings ,threads,
millings, fuses, switches, LED´s, DC-feed
through filter, etc.
Various drill-hole patterns and standard
millings, which are needed to fit in components are saved in our CNC -machines
and can be retrieved fast.
The drill-hole picture list makes it possible
for our customers to specify standard
drill-hole pictures and standard millings.
To manufacture, it´s enough to mark the
drill holes and the positions on a sketch.
We´ll send you the CAD drawings of our
enclosures in which you can mark your
drillings and millings, on request.
Surface treatments, lettering with screen
printing or gravures are possible.

surface treatments.
Please, specify surface treatment with 2digits at the end of the order key, if you
order customized enclosures.
