Invacare® Twilight™ Nasal and Full Face Masks. If for any reason a patient is dissatisfied within the first 30-days
of owning their Twilight masks, Invacare will gladly send the provider a replacement mask at no charge!
The program is easy as 1, 2, 3
Step 1: In the event that the patient chooses to return a Twilight™ Mask to the provider, they may do so within
30-days of purchase.
Step 2: The provider calls the Invacare Customer Service Department at (800) 333-6900 to generate an RA and
return the mask.
Step 3: Invacare will gladly send a new Mask to the provider upon receipt of the original mask. In this way, the
provider keeps a mask in their inventory to fit another user.
Independent testing shows that patients prefer the Twilight™ Masks over their usual mask.1
