RECREATIONAL GYMNASTICS
Our recreational program for boys, girls, and adults serves as a good
foundation to not only gymnastics, but any other sport as well. Lesson
plans are designed to offer basic knowledge of gymnastics and teach
the fundamentals of each apparatus while improving flexibility, agility,
coordination, and self-confidence. Each child progresses through the
levels at their own rate. Adult classes cater to each individual’s ability
to maximize success.
