You’ve heard it before? We can back it up. Remember we did come up with the first hard shell back pack, ever. And we got the worldwide
patent. We think that’s pretty special. We’re all about the individual user; we listen and build, sometimes based on crazy demands, then
start the design process for that specific use. It’s often a quite lengthy exercise but seeing the nuts and bolts eventually fall into place is

The shell distributes impact energy
to as large area as possible to
minimize absorbed pressure.

We use impact modified engineering plastic, simply because
it’s the best way to confront nature’s laws of kinetic energy.
The shell of a Boblbee backpack is made from liquid plastics
which is compressed at 500 tonnes of pressure. The result
is a dense molecular structure to ensure the highest standards
of quality, functionality and protection.

The Megalopolis and Peoples Delite shell and harness has
been designed to minimize impact forces being applied to
the user´s back area, and to transfer energy away from the
central part of the back.

We take special pride in being the only backpack certified as level 2 back protector by TÜV, Germany. It is the most renowned independent test

instituition in the world, consequently our backpacks are required to meet the highest certification standards. We could have chosen an easier way,
but as already mentioned; we take quality seriously. The average TÜV test result of 2,8 kN (People Delite Aero model) and the average TÜV test
result of 5,8 kN (all Megalopolis models) are comparable and better than the best of the existing internal back protectors in the world.

The Hybrid shells represent the essence of mobility, perfect for life in action: ”Great protection, shock absorbing flexibility, highly water resistant
and extremely light” - a desired combination of features for any rider. The high-density EVA foam is compressed to our desired shape and thickness.
The shaping takes place in a hand worked aluminum tool, and the final assembly is done much like the way a trekking shoe is put together. The
finished bag provides a very high degree of water protection and durability while being lightweight.

The Camera Insert provides the ability to bring along your camera equipment in a protected and accessible way. Once fitted into your

backpack the Camera Insert holds your DSLR camera with zoom lens plus space for additional lenses, flash and accessories. The lid
holds two small sleeve pockets for cables, batteries and memory cards. Of course you can use the Camera Insert as an independent
camera bag as well as it comes equipped with a detachable shoulder strap.
