IMPROVED PERFORMANCE
ED1000 system, a recognized breakthrough in urology, is a non-invasive painless treatment designed to treat
the cause of ED. Based on ED1000 studies, the EDSWT was included in the 2013 EAU Guidelines On Male Sexual
Dysfunction for treatment of ED.
Using low-intensity acoustic shock waves, the treatment stimulates the creation of new micro vascular blood
vessel networks that increase blood supply to erectile tissue. ED1000 has 70% proven success rate and over 70%
success rate with patients who are non-responders to PDE5i medications.
The system is available in two models, ED1000 standard and ED1000 Desktop.
ED1000 Desktop is designed based on Medispec’s accumulated experience and expertise, enabling physicians
to extend treatment availability to additional small facilities, and at home treatments. The system is modular and
mobile, yet offers the same clinical advantages as the company’s successful ED1000 system.
The same device can also be used for treating additional urology applications such as Prostatitis

Medispec offers safe, non-invasive and rapid treatments for chronic and acute orthopedic problems and sport
injuries, with the best clinical results (up to 90% success in overall indications) by the Orthospec system. The
system utilizes mid-intensity shockwave therapy, applied to a large zone, so that treatments are non-painful, and
fewer treatments are required. The Orthospec system includes 2 models:

• A compact system with a lightweight detachable shockwave applicator

• EM1000 electro-magnetic based system offers
outstanding clinical results, with the highest stonefree rate and lowest re-treatment rate compared
to competing solutions. It is a high-end compact
and modular system, enabling both in-line and
real-time viewing of the stone and treatment. The
EM1000 is suitable for both lithotripsy and endourology treatments.
• E2000 and E3000 are Electro-Hydraulic based
devices. They offer extensive pressure range
combined with the largest focal zones in the
industry, which enables covering a larger surface
area, increasing speed and efficiency in the
treatment, leading to superior clinical results.
• Pre-integrated with the systems, Visionspec TM
is a high-quality computerized X-ray system,
specially designed for endo-urology and lithotripsy
applications.
• MediConsole offers remote control of motorized
treatment table, X-ray and lithotripter shock wave
unit and the operation of the system at a safe
distance.
• Lithospec is an extremely powerful intracorporeal
lithotripter with excellent clinical results of 97%
