door that opens to private balcony, flat-screen TV, and private bathroom. Some Balcony cabins can also accommodate

PAYMENT PLAN
Deposit
a deposit of $250 per person (or $500 per cabin) is required to reserve a cabin on the Cruise. Should you book a
double-occupancy cabin for two (2), your reservation will not be confirmed until deposits have been received for both
you and your cabin mate. If only one person will be occupying a double-occupancy cabin, a $500 deposit will be
required. We accept Checks, Credit or Debit.
Installment Payments
after making deposit payment, guests must make monthly installment payments for the remaining balance. $250
monthly payment shall be processed on the 15th of each month. For cabins booked after June 30, 2012, full
payment is due at time of booking.
Late Payment Policy
Guests on the monthly installment plan are required to make regular payments in accordance with the installment
payment plan. If an account becomes 30 days past due, the guests shall lose their cabin assignment and their
reservation shall be converted to a Waiting List status. The guests shall have 30 days to bring the account current. If the
account is brought current within those 30 days, the guests will receive a new cabin assignment, based on current
availability and pricing. Any early discounts will be lost and the account balance adjusted accordingly. If an account
becomes 60 days past due, the reservation will be automatically canceled and all payments forfeited.

1) Do I need a Passport?
All guests on the “Love Letter Cruise” require a valid passport. U.S. Alien Residents need a valid Alien Resident Card
and a passport and a U.S Immigration Travel Document. Non-U.S. citizens need a valid passport and a valid, unexpired
U.S. Multiple Re-entry Visa.
2) How do I let someone add me to their reservation?
To let someone add you to their reservation, the person should contact Vision of Love Travel by email or by phone. The
person with the reservation will be required to give Vision of Love Travel your full legal name, as it appears on your
passport, and all the information that Vision of Love Travel will need to complete your booking, including all required
payment
3) When will I receive our Cruise Documents / Tickets?
All guests will receive Booking Number approximately 4-6 weeks prior to the date of sailing. The Booking Number
emails will contain both your CONFIRMATION NUMBER (issued by Vision of Love Travel) and your BOOKING
NUMBER (issued by the cruise line) and a link to complete your “Fun Pass or E-Documents” and print them out. Each
person in the cabin must have his or her own Fun Pass or E-Document printed out. These documents are your boarding
passes and will be necessary to board the ship.
4) Registering with cruise line?
All guests are required to register with the cruise line to confirm their information prior to boarding the ship. Once you
receive your BOOKING NUMBER from Vision of Love Travel (approximately 4-6 weeks prior to the departure date), you
can register at the cruise line’s website and reserve Shore Excursions, Spa Appointments, Transportation to & from the
port etc. Vision of Love Travel will send more details and instructions via email 4 – 6 weeks prior to sailing.
5) When can I purchase shore excursions?
While visiting ports on your cruise itinerary, the cruise line offers a variety of tours and activities to you for an additional
fee. Guests can purchase these in advance online to guarantee their spot or they can purchase them onboard the ship.
6) What time does the ship DEPART on the day of sailing?
Your cruise will depart approximately at 2pm local time on the day of departure and all guests are required to be
onboard 2 hours prior to departure time. Please plan to arrive to the port no later than 12pm local time.

7) What time does the ship RETURN on the day of arrival?
The ship is scheduled to arrive approximately at 8am local time on the day of arrival. Once docked the ship must begin
the immigration process of clearing through Customs & Border Patrol Agency. Guests can expect to be able to start
getting off the ship at approximately 9:30am local time. We advise all guests to book flights that depart NO EARLIER
than 12:00pm local time to allow for delays in arrival.
8) Are there Hotel or Flight discounts?
Vision of Love Travel does not secure airline or hotels for guests due to the volatility of prices throughout the year. We
advise our guests to make their own arrangements to arrive to the ship no later than 2:00 pm Local Time.
9) Getting to and from the port from the airport?
Taxis offer the best value and convenience for guests traveling to and from the port to the airport. Rates vary per city,
but on average taxis average $28 flat rate (for up to 4 people) while a bus or shuttle is $16-18 per person each way and
involves waiting on the bus or shuttle to be full before leaving. The airports and cruise terminals offer plenty of Taxi
services.
NOTE: All cruisers flying into the Fort Lauderdale Airport and traveling to the Miami Cruise port need to plan for
approximately one hour (1 hour) travel time between ports. Taxis will be approximately $60.
Cruise Line Shuttles
At many ports the Cruise Line provides shuttle service from the Airport to the port on the day of sailing as well as return
service upon debarkation. Transfers average $18.00 one way, $36.00 round trip. You can purchase transfer tickets once
BOOKING NUMBERS have been issued 4 to 6 weeks prior to sailing. Return transfers will also be available at the
Pursers Desk onboard until 48 hours before debarkation. Carnival transfers will only be available between the port and
airport.
10) Are there any Pre-Cruise Activities?
