WRITERS AGREEMENTS 1.1 Series and Serials Agreement (SASA) This document includes the full terms of the Series and Serials Agreement (SASA). SASA is an agreement between the Australian Writer’s Guild (AWG) and Screen Producers Australia covering agreed terms for the payment for the services of a writer and the purchase of rights to exploit the work for Australian scripted television series and serials. The agreement includes template contracts for the pay. 1.2 Mini-Series and Telemovies Agreement (MATA) This document includes the full terms of the Miniseries and Telemovies Agreement (MATA). MATA is an agreement between the Australian Writer’s Guild (AWG) and Screen Producers Australia covering agreed terms for the payment for the services of a writer and the purchase of rights to exploit the work for Australian scripted television mini-series and telemovies. 1.3 2. PERFORMERS AGREEMENTS 2.1 Actors Feature Film Collective Agreement (AFFCA) This document includes full terms of the Australian Feature Film Agreement (AFFA) and contains template contracts for the employment of performers. AFFA is a common law collective agreement between the Media Entertainment Arts Alliance (MEAA) and Screen Producers Australia covering agreed rates of pay, terms and conditions of employment, and rights and residual payments for all performers. Actors Television Repeats and Residuals Agreement 2000 (ATTRA) This is a draft agreement amalgamating the Australia Television Repeats and Residuals Agreement 2000 and ATRRA 2004 Terms of Settlement (see 2.4). It contains the time and salary unit method for pro rata residual calculations. 2.4 TV FF Actors Television Performers Agreement (ATPA) This document includes the full terms of the Australian Television Programs Agreement (ATPA) and contains template contracts for the employment of performers. ATPA is a common law collective agreement between the Media Entertainment Arts Alliance (MEAA) and Screen Producers Australia covering agreed rates of pay, terms and conditions of employment for all performers in scripted television drama. 2.3 TV Children’s Television Agreement (CTA) Includes the full terms of the Children's Television Agreement (CTA). CTA is an agreement between the Australian Writer’s Guild (AWG) and Screen Producers Australia covering agreed terms for the payment for the services of a writer and the purchase of rights to exploit the work for Australian scripted Children’s television programs. 2.2 TV TV TV ATRRA Terms of Settlement 2004 (ATTRA) This document sets out the changes to Australian Television Repeats and Residuals Agreement (ATRRA) 2000, agreed by the Media Entertainment and Arts Alliance (MEAA) and Screen Producers Australia. 3. CREW AGREEMENT 3.1 Motion Picture Production Collective Agreement (MPPCA) The MPPCA is a common law collective agreement between the Media Entertainment Arts Alliance (MEAA) and Screen Producers Australia covering agreed rates of pay, and terms and conditions of employment for all technical crew.
