Dear Members,
As you may recall a delegation of AFDA Members – Darren Eddy, Cathy Tobin and John Fowler - visited
the Fairfax Media Call Centre operations in Manila in February 2014 to seek an understanding of how
their new operations work, but to also look at opportunities to improve operations to benefit users such as
yourself.
An action item for Fairfax Media arising from that visit was to create a quick sheet of regularly used
Funeral and Death notice logos for The Age.
Fairfax Media would like to ensure all Members receive this quick sheet, and hope you may find it
beneficial in your business. Please find the quick sheets accompanying pdf to this divisional update.
