Each of our tasty chicken salads by the pound will typically make 4-5
sandwiches. Our salads are made fresh each day and, if properly
refrigerated, will last for 5 days.
Our fresh side salads are made in house every day using the freshest
quality ingredients possible. Each pound of our sides is approximately
5 servings.

The Box Lunch
Any of our meal specials on our take out menu may be ordered for a
group. It is an option that allows your guests to pick up a complete
meal with ease and take it back to a desk or a different location to
dine. Boxes may be custom made for each individual.

Tri-colored rotini pasta, in an Italian-based dressing, with sliced black
olives & artichoke hearts, mixed with feta & parmesan cheeses.

Fresh broccoli florets tossed in a sweet vinegar-based dressing with

The Classic Carol recipe is the base for all 15 of our chicken salad
offerings. Using all white meat tenderloin chicken, very finely minced
celery, sugar-free mayonnaise, and our secret seasoning. Then we
add the different ingredients listed above to create 14 additional
mouth-watering chicken salads.

Chicken Salad Chick offers a variety of party platters that are sure to
please your group of friends, family or coworkers. Whether it’s one of our
15 chicken salads, ham, turkey, roast beef or our homemade pimento
cheese heartily stuffed in mini croissants, you are sure to find we have
something for everyone. All platters are made to order and tastefully
presented on a bed of fresh green leaf lettuce.
