Notes u This garment is designed to be worn buttoned loosely around the shoulders. Different widths are offered to provide different amounts of coverage for a range of bust sizes, but the widths are only suggestions. Feel free to work the width of your choice. u The instructions will produce a shawl 59" long. To customize the length, work more or fewer 16-row repeats of the cable chart; every 16 rows added or removed will lengthen or shorten the shawl by about 3". To make adjustments less than 3", add or omit rows in the ribbed sections, making sure to work the same number of ribbing rows at each end; every 6 rows total added or omitted will lengthen or shorten the shawl by about 1". If making a longer shawl, plan on purchasing extra yarn. Shawl Okmin Park is a designer living in Seoul, Korea. She teaches knitting classes for Zaol Yarns.
