With the CMS machines from STOLL and their modern, unmatched
data transfer options, you can now do this. Your opportunities with
the STOLL Machine Management Tools are virtually unlimited.
Every new CMS is equipped with two USB ports for optimum communication. In addition, network integration makes it possible to
maintain a central library of patterns with networked machines and to
prepare and install software updates from central servers. The Ethernet connection lets you connect CMS machines from the TC to the
latest machine generation to standard networks and quickly transmit
large volumes of data. Got any technical problems? No problem at all.
With the Remote Control VNC Viewer you can operate and monitor
your CMS directly from your M1plus® pattern workstation or any PC
by remote control. Whenever you want – wherever you are. And with
the STOLL Name Server you get a centralized database to manage all
networked OKC computer-type machines.
The STOLL Machine Management Tools will change and above all
simplify your everyday knitting practices. From our service components that help you to control your machine perfectly to the frequently
requested linking of machines in small, flexible networks. This makes it possible to request data or load patterns more conveniently. Together with the STOLL-knit report® 2, you make the procedures for all

To remain competitive it is imperative that you operate your machine
pool efficiently and at full capacity. It is also crucial that you can identify and eliminate the reasons for problems and downtimes promptly.

Monitor your machines with the click of a mouse. It’s that easy. A clear
graphic presentation of your machine pool instantly provides you with
an exact machine status overview. The tooltip feature gives you immediate detailed information about the possible causes for a stoppage. Stay
in control with pre-defined database analysis of downtimes, machine
status, stop motions, productivity and pattern statistics. Beyond that,
you can create your own statistics. Evaluate the minimum, maximum
or average running times of your patterns and archive legacy data with

The Order Management
System is used for the
distribution, control and
management of knitting orders. Electronic
routing cards (tickets)
that are generated, for
example, via an ERP
system, contain the required production specifications. With these tickets, the work progress is followed
up and controlled via the network. You are completely free in
designing the tickets and you determine which data elements
they should contain.
STOLL NAME SERVER
The STOLL Name Server
(SNS) is the centralized
database for managing
networked OKC machines. The web-based access to the STOLL Name
Server lets you look at
the entries and edit some of the data. Networked OKC machines
auto-register at the STOLL Name Server. Furthermore, you can
add any pattern workstation or file server to the network.
NETWORK INTEGRATION
The operating screen
“load & save pattern”
comes with full network
integration. This lets you
maintain a central library
of patterns for networked
machines.
You need to update your
software? A new operating system for the knitting machine can
be imported and prepared for installation from a central server
via USB or the network without interrupting the knitting process.

With the Remote Control VNC Viewer you can
check your networked
machines from one control center, giving you
