Application
Needle and sinker oil for high-speed
circular knitting machines. Especially used
in heat setting process of grey fabric
without pre-wash. The product has good
evaporation properties and is therefore
low in emissions.
Application
Oil used for testing lubricator systems on circular knitting machines. Given its miscibility
with all needle oils known to us (mineral oilbased and synthetic ones) the product can
also be used when changing from one type
of lubricant to another. As TEXTOL Prüföl 22
contains no anti-wear additives, however, it
should only be used as flushing oil.
Application
Running-in oil designed to lubricate circular
knitting machines during the running-in
period. The product should only be used
for a short period of time (between half an
hour and two hours max.) and under
constant supervision to ensure that the
knitting machine is operated at a low speed.
Before changing to needle and sinker oil we
recommend flushing or cleaning the system
with TEXTOL R.

Application
High-quality special oils, highly resistant to
ageing and corrosion, used to lubricate knife
blade rollers in shearing machines. Alternative
products are also available for this application.
Application
Special oil for lubricating industrial and
domestic sewing machines. The product
guarantees optimum lubrication and supreme
wear protection for the moving parts.
Application
Fully synthetic high peformance lubricant for
lubricating chain systems which operate at
high temperature. For use at temperatures of
up to approx. +260 °C.
Store at room temperature!
